RooterGuy just replaced my hot water heater. The service provided by Jacob is absolutely 5 stars. He's a true professional, making sure that everything is properly troubleshot and repaired. Very quick response and excellent pricing.

Rooter Guy was everything we wanted and needed. They were quick to respond to the request through Angi and came out and gave us an estimate to prepare our master bath for removal of fixtures and improvement to plumbing connections. Nicco came out to remove and disconnect prior to the granite installers. He was professional, quick and able to get the area prepared. After the counter tops were installed, Jacob came and was able to install new fixtures and new connections. His advice and expertise in getting to the bathtub fixtures ensured the job was done right. Rooter Guy made the coordination between two contractors easy. I very much appreciated their professionalism, honesty and care they took with our home.

This was the second time we used Rooter Guy. Instead of a planned job, this was an emergency. They responded quickly to the call and were excellent in getting us the help we needed with the same day. Ryan was very professional, efficient and polite. He was able to fix the problem the same day and explained what had happened and how he fixed it. We were very appreciative that the repair was done on a Saturday!

I can't say enough good things about this company and Reuben. Our water heater was shot - 13 years old - had a good life. After getting quotes from a couple of the big name companies I was disgusted and ready to fly my brother out from FL to help me DIY. After contacting this company, Reuben came out for a no pressure, no obligation, FREE quote - same day. He beat the competitors out by several THOUSAND's of dollars - for the SAME product! Plus he was knowledgeable, friendly and quick - and you could just tell trustworthy. Explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions. He gave me three options - which were broken out in detail. We signed the paperwork and he got started and was finished promptly. Getting a new water heater isn't fancy or fun - but when it's done in an honest fashion and by a company that isn't looking to take advantage of you - you tend to recommend them and start thinking of other projects you may want them to do. I didn't feel ripped off and I feel like I got what I paid for and I look forward to working with Reuben and this company for years to come. They are now at the top of my list for my DIY projects gone wrong and other plumbing issues! Thanks again for doing such a great job and going above and beyond. Your company should be very proud to have you represent them!

My renter called this company to get something out of the toilet. The first technician made a mistake but the company came out the next day and fixed it entirely. James and Eric were amazing, polite and professional. The owner Russ really cares about his customers because he went above and beyond to make it right. I would definitely use them again.

Could not have gone better. These guys are a ten plus! Called in morning and they were out shortly afternoon, diagnosed my problem, fixed it in short order, and worked with my budget. They will get all my work from now on! Thank you Steve and Joe!!!

I had the dreaded backed up sewer line. This company was the 5th plumbing company I talked with. The first four I met with gave me much higher quotes saying I needed more extensive work than was necessary. The original cast iron line has partially disintegrated causing a belly. I was frustrated, not knowing anything about sewer lines. By the time I talked with Keith at Rooter Guy, I was fairly knowledgeable in sewer line replacement. Their quote was reasonable and Keith seemed the most knowledgeable and professional. They ended up replacing about 15' of line and flushed out the rest. The process included camera scoping of the line in the beginning for diagnosis, and following the flush to make sure it was fixed. In addition to the excellent workmanship that Steven and Jason, Master Plumber,provided, they were super nice and reassuring. They went about their work quietly and provided excellent clean up. No surprises with this company. I'm recommending them to all my friends and neighbors!

When I submitted on Angie's list to get a plumber, Rooter guy called within 5 minutes and was able to come out first thing in the a.m to fix my leaky faucet. When Kris arrived, he covered his shoes to protect my floors, explained the whole process and showed me where the part had corroded to the pipe causing my leak. He was professional, polite and even applied a $50 coupon plus he waived the trip charge! I would definatly recommend and reuse Rooter Guy! Responded to my internet query within one minute; showed up within the hour. Talked me though the process and provided a quote which I felt was very reasonable (I've had this done before and it cost more). Performed the work efficiently and quickly. Cleaned up even a previous mess that they didn't cause. Counseled me on ways to prevent clogs from happening in the future. Very professional. I would definitely use this company again for ANY plumbing need.

RooterGuy responded to my Angie's List request within minutes, and 30 minutes later on a Saturday, I had a technician at my house. The trip / estimate was free -- unlike other companies, they said they would not charge unless the work was successfully completed. Jeremy was able to quickly solve our laundry drain line blockage issue that another plumbing company did not resolve. He was very courteous and thorough in his explanations of what he was doing for us. I'd gladly hire RooterGuy again!

Kyle cleared the drain quickly, then scoped it all the way to the city's main line. I received an AVI video of the drain from the clean-out all the way to the main sewer. Great service.

Justin arrived at the scheduled time, did assessment of the problem. and gave an estimate for work to replace the leaky faucet. As work proceeded, he discovered a problem with original piping. Justin was able to correct the original problem and implement a successful resolution to the problem. Juzstin was very courteoys and cleaned up weverything befopre leaving.

The first plumber they called obviously didn't fix the faucet right. He was belligerent arrogant and frankly, rude. The next time we required their service, we asked for another plumber, even though we did not tell them why. The second man came out and was fine, although it was a different faucet. Then the original faucet was again leaking so it was not fixed correctly the first time, so we requested the second plumber again. When he came, he almost doubled the price for no reason we could discern but later found out that each plumber charges their own price, although he told us the price had doubled because of inflation. He never told us that the doubled charge was his own charge - just that it was the company charge. He lied right to our face. We rejected the offer and we called the owner to complain about an 85% increase in cost, even though his company's original work didn't hold up anyway. We found the price completely outrageous and told the plumber that we wouldn't do it at that inflated price. When we called the manager, he was rude beyond anyone I think I have ever talked to. He shouted at us for and quot;not liking his technicians because they are like his sons,and quot; even though we told him we liked the second man very much and even reassured that plumber that we were not blaming him for this price change and it wasn't his fault. Little did we know that the guy never told us the price was his personal charge. The owner slipped up and told us that, obviously by mistake. Trying to talk to this owner was nearly impossible because he shouted over everything we said. This company did not fix the original problem and then they want to double the price to fix it again???? I told him he should not be talking to his customers like that and he just continued to insult and shout at us. The plumber, out in the car, refused to come back in because he knew we had been told the charge was his own and that we then knew he lied to us. I would NEVER use this company again. They didn't fix the faucet, they lied to us about their pricing, and they were rude beyond belief. I have never seen an owner yell at customers this way, interrupt them and insult them the way this man did. We want nothing to do with them and they should not be on Angie's List and I don't know how they got on in the first place.

Perfectly! I have used Manny from RooteerGuys for years on many plumbing projects. He has installed new toliet, rebuilt new toliet, replaced shutoffs under kitchen sink aand baathroom toliet, fixed water line to ice maker, replaced sillcock, installed water pressure regulator, hot water heater, installed kitchen and bathroom facucet, showerhead and shower valve. I have relied heavily on him through the last sseveral years as plumbing in house is getting older. I called firsst thing in the AM and received an appointment time same day. Manny was able to come even earlier than expected which worked out well. I trust these people enough to leave my house and dog while he goes about repairs. Work is always 100%, fees very reasonable, customer service more than expected...always has been. I don't know about the negative reviews for the one plumber as I don't believe he worked for them very long. Russ the owner, Marty and Manny have been great. I wish I had other contractors I could tust and rely on. I should have postted this revie several years ago when I first found RotteerGuy Plumbing.

Rebuild toliet, replace shut off valve, install showerhead, check other 3 toliets, check waater pressure

Gary was our plumber and he was fabulous. He worked with my 92 year old grandmother and she was very satisfied with his professionalism and customer service. Always answered phone and responded immediately.

I tried using their "Contact Us" link and form on their website to take advantage of a drain-cleaning special. No response and a week has passed.

Gary worked hard to get the job done before my guests arrived. The situation was so bad, that there were actually roots growing into the drain pipes WITHIN MY HOUSE. He kept me updated on the work the whole time, so I knew exactly what we were dealing with, showing me the problems he ran into as he went along. He was extremely patient and persistent, and was able to get the problem fixed before my guests arrived. I was very pleased with the work. I had used Rooter Guy before, and would definitely call them again. Have had no drainage problems since the work was done.
