We had a crack in our sewer line located outside our house. Rooter Guy provided the lowest quote and could complete the project without having to damage our front stone patio (our repair was completed by pipe bursting). The inspection, booking, permitting (handled by Rooter Guy) and repair was well-organized, clean and fast. They left our front yard with minimal damage. Thank you to our tech, Chauncy, and repair team.

Ends up a very high hourly charge

Replacing the main water cut off valve for my condo, I wanted a master plumber, who is licensed insured, and would guarantee his work. I Jacob came by the house an explained what needed to be done. It wasnâ t cheap. He arrived on time and got the work done quickly. I I havenâ t had any trouble with it afterwards.

The tech responded very quickly, assessed the situation and provided reasonable options. The work was then completed in a very timely manner. Very professional.

Very quick response and service. Managed with effort and experience to unblock a severely corroded shower faucet and replace the cartridge and the diverter spout. A different company was going to rip out the wall, cut the pipes to replace the fixture and leave me to find someone to repair the wall. They were going to charge me more than twice as much for the job, hence the Rooter guys were a great value for money!

Rooter Guys installed a sump pump in my basement after we began experiencing flooding. They rearranged their schedule in order to fit us in sooner given the urgency of the project. They were professional, hardworking and kept us informed throughout the process.

The Rooter Guy replaced my main sewer line in 1 day. They did excellent work. Removing and installing new pipe . Haul off all the old concrete and pipe. They cleaned up so good I couldn't believe it!! Worth every penny!! Keep up the good work Rooter Guys. I would Definitely hire them again if needed.

I had a home inspection that identified a broken pipe on the roof. Rooter Guy came our and immediately figure out that the pipe on the roof was not broken but abandoned during a kitchen remodel. I had two other people come out and both said they didn't know the problem but also that they did not work on roofs. I was so impressed with Rooter Guy after two others did not even try to assist.
