Rooter Guy, LLC

I had someone else come out originally but they tried charging $300 more than Rooter Guy, which even their technician said they price gouge and wouldn't recommend the fee. I originally tried changing the sink myself, but didnt have a basin wrench for the bolts locking the sink faucet in place so I called Rooter Guy next. The technician from Rooter Guy, LLC was very friendly quick and helpful. Understandable that the fee was higher than I would have wanted but it was at an acceptable level and was understandable. It was also in line of other companies that we called to ask for quotes. That being said, We had the technician assist replacing our kitchen sink faucet. Would definitely recommend Rooter Guy again and definitely plan on using them should I need any repairs I am unable to do myself.

Had both an office main water line replaced (major project), and a sewer line at home rooted out. In both cases, pricing was very fair, service excellent and job done in a timely and professional manner. Highly recommend.

I engaged this company to repair leak in one of my toilets. While they successfully address the initial issue, a particular coincidence emerged the next day. Upon inspecting my other toilets, All of them exhibited the same problem the day after the repair. Although I hesitate to assume any wrongdoing by the plumber, the simultaneous occurrence in 2 additional bathrooms raised concerns after he â lookedâ At the other two toilets to inspect the piping. Following this, I sought assistance from another company to address the same issue with the remaining 2 toilets. To my surprise, I discovered that I had been overcharged by $200 for the leak repair that the initial company had completed. Despite my lack of Expertise in plumbing matters, this experience has left me with reservations, and I am unlikely to chooses company for future services.

Showed up on time, with a call letting me know they would arrive soon. They showed me the video feed from the camera through my sewer connection. They answered all my questions, and gave me great advice on further maintenance.

The crew that did the work were very professional, my service was back in full force with in 2/3rdsj of the day, like I said very proficient, l would recommend this company to anyone in need.

After their initial visit and quote, we called back to modify the work requested. They gave us a quote over the phone and were able to schedule the work in the next couple of days. Work was done quickly and cleanly, and everything looks good to go now.

Gary, the master plumber who came to our home and gave us an estimate and did the repair work was personable, friendly, professional, and very thorough. He was the main reason we went with Rooter Guy. They were the most expensive of the quotes we received ( we had 4 estimates). The solutions Gary provided were the least intrusive to our plumbing disaster. The work they completed is wonderful and we feel very confident the repair will last for a very long time! The day of the repair job they communicated well and cleaned up everything perfectly. I could not be happier with the work - just wished the job was a little less pricey. We have kept Gary's card and will call again for major plumbing jobs in the future.

The technician Aaron was on time professional and finished sooner than expected. He left the work area cleaner than he found it and explained everything he had done. I would not hesitate to call and have Aaron come to my home and do mire work.

I am mostly to blame, but had a minor issue with all 3 toilets. They were all over 15 years old and ok to replace, but only one really needed to be replaced. Accepted the upsell on replacing all 3 toilets. Should have just replaced 1 to see if I was satisfied. $2000 later, I now I have 3 toilets I am not happy with.
