I had a pipe burst in my basement and had to shutoff the water to the house. Rooter Guy was able to make a same day appointment and Gordy Jr was very helpful in quickly repairing my issue. I was very happy with the level of service provided.

They first tried a less expensive option that did not work and then progressed to the next level of service that actually cleared my drain and fix my problem.

Friendly company and staff. However, they operate under the same constraints as other large plumbing companies ie they will not identify or provide interim, short term fixes and actively push big ticket purchases such as replacing the entire toilet/sink. My downstairs toilet was leaking. I was told they ?fixed? the issue for almost $300 but the toilet immediately started leaking again that evening. There was no follow up or customer service contact from the company.

A little high. They did very good work on very short notice

The job took longer than expected due to some extra work that needed to be done to provide access to my pipes. Reuben did that work without adjusting the price. Oh, he also took a look at my sink drain which had a slight leak, and fixed that after the valve-replacement job was done. Again, that was done without any change in the original estimate.
