They showed up on time and diagnosed the problem and went to work as soon as I approved the work.

Called Saturday at 8 on site by 9:30 did a great job and got us up and running quality work very pleased. Nico did a fantastic job.

I think 149.00 is pretty steep for cleaning a screen, this may be the min. for the service call.

What I didnâ t like was two things. 1. He unplugged a basement freezer and refrigerator and didnâ t plug it back in. It wasnâ t until the next morning when I went in the basement that I saw nothing was running. Iâ m lucky I caught it otherwise a lot of food would have been ruined; and 2. The tech took the damaged copper pipe with him instead of leaving it at my house. No discussion about him taking it, he just took it. Iâ m not happy about that at all. What I can say is the work that he did was good and thorough.

I got a top of the line water and over all instalation was the less than 4 other estimates And iget service on the water heater for 10 years amd it has a 10 year warranty The installer Nico had 30 years of experience Exclent conpany.

Initially I find RooterGuy through Angis list. They came out for a toilet leak and provided the following service â Remove the toilet, clean, and prepare the mounting system at the floor and reset the toilet with a new wax seal and mounting hardware. 90dys warranty.â for a total cost of $283. However, that did not fix the issue and the toilet immediately began to leak again. While I was initially not impressed with the Customer Service and with the results, RooterGuy contacted me before I even reached out to them to inquire about my experience and to fix the issue. Nico and Ryan then came out to assess the issue and identified that the original technician did not properly diagnose and treat the true root cause of the problem. They provided prompt, exceptional, friendly service and did not charge me for any of the repairs or associated parts. Truly stand up guys and a company that is insistent on helping you. Thanks ð
