RooterGuy Plumbing has over 30 years plus of experience BBB Accredited since 2012 specializing in all facets of the plumbing work, from drain clearing to whole house piping. We are family owned and operated. We still run on word of mouth advertising rather than taking out ads that are costly, this helps us save money so that we may pass on that savings to our customers. We have over two thousand ratings on the HomeAdvisor web site, real customers whom we have provided a service to, from minor drain cleaning to large scale whole sewer replacements, and though we know all of this may not matter to most consumers, we work very hard and pride ourselves to do well and make sure that all of our customers feel comfortable with us and our services. We are insured and bonded, and we look out for all customers best interest, we never pressure anyone to use our services over others our knowledge and experience speaks for itself. A well qualified plumber arrived at my house within an hour and a half. He replaced a broken pipe promptly, showing me the break in the pipe after it was removed. Charged a very fair amount. I will hire RooterGuy again when I need a plumber!

I live in a 40-year-old condo building with some plumbing issues. Through Angi, I met Jacob Smth of Rooter Guy. He came out and I explained the work I needed to be done. He did the work he could. As to the other work, it was much more complex than I thought. (I had to have the water turned off to part of the building. He clearly explained my options. I am going to proceed with the work in a short time. Based on my experience, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Jacob or the Rooter Guy.

Technician Jacob was truly amazing did the work in a timely fashion and with upmost professionalism removing old water heater and replacing with brand new one also replacing our water tree with new valves and outside Spicket pricing was definitely fair.
