Rooter Guy Plumbing, LLC

Rooter Guy gave me an estimate for a job. I was to supply the parts. When I got back with them after buying the shower pan, I felt the attitude had changed. Instead of just saying they didn't want to do the job now, they just kept stringing me on. They would make appointments and not show up. They stopped returing phone calls. They led me to believe they were coming when they knew they weren't going to do the job. If they would have just stated they weren't available I would have moved on. it would have saved me almost 3 weeks of waiting on them. One of the most unprofessional companies I've ever worked, or not worked with. The humiliation of being strung on and on was the worst. Don't trust what these guys say.

Doing the service w/o advising me and telling me what's going on. Its a horrible job. And I still have to pay to get the work done.

The team at Rooter Guy, LLC did a great job fixing/replacing our 90+ year old sewer. When I requested a bid by email, the Rooter Guy contacted me within minutes, scheduled the visit and Keith came out and visited our house, reviewed the issues with me and provided a reasonable bid. Our back yard presented difficult access issues for the backhoe since we have no alley, but the Rooter Guy team worked with us to figure out the most practical way to access the sewer and do the work. Gordon and his crew performing the sewer work kept us informed of when they would arrive to do the work and of their progress. When an unanticipated issue arose, Keith and Gordon quickly identified a solution and kept the project moving. The project was completed at cost estimates received and we are very satisfied with the work to-date.

They came out right away, he was very professional and got everything that needed to be done completed.
