I called them to check my HVAC system, they arrived on tuesday early afternoon, he arrived and check the system , he replaced a fuse. Then he came back on friday afternoon as well, now be careful because after 3.30 the start charge overtime without to tell you also they charge me for parking the first time $25, they park on a parking spot the was $9 for the first 4 hours , he was there for a total of 2.5 hours, they charge me $ 50 for consumable (gloves-towels and more) I got it, he need a towel to clean his hands but $50 sims to me a bit excessive for the material used. they came back 3 days later and charged me $10 for parking for 3.5 hrs of work ( they charged me more the first time when they were there less time ( seriously)they charged me $25 for consumable for towel and other stuff for who know .....i dispute the invoice, the remove 1 hr of overtime but nothing else. People please look around before choose them, there's a lot of more honest company looking for business, i will not use them again.and I forgot they charged me $127 just to place a work order.

Very dissatisfied with this service and the company's response to my complaint. When I scheduled this service I was told it usually costs between $200 and $300. When I got the bill - without an explanation of charges or service done - it was $398. The service work performed was incomplete. The serviceman identified at least two issues to me. He did not fix them and there was no follow up by the company to fix them. 10 days after the service was done, I received a bill for $398. No explanation of what was done. No explanation of the charges. I called the company and complained about both the bill and the service. Only then did I receive an email from a manager with a standard list of services done. Only all of mine weren't done. Attached photo shows the condensate filter on the unit. It was not serviced at all even though the tech said it needed to be. The follow up by the company was poor at best. No attempt by anyone there was made to resolve this issue with me. However, they sure took the time to send a 20 page report to the credit card company to protect their charges. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

It was only fair this time. He honestly didn't even know where and how to turn it on. It really concerned me. The guy really didn't do much and /or know what he was doing so I was not pleased this time. The bill was really pricey for nothing happening. I don't know if he really did anything. My unit was fine after he left but I think it was fine the whole time. The other guy that came for my heating did a much better job. The last time they came for the heating, it was fantastic. It was very expensive but it needed to happen. This time I think I was overcharged and under-serviced. They were pretty responsive this time.

It was fine. There was nothing to be done. The system was fine and I just wanted to make sure. I didn't bother to have them out this year because the system works pretty well.

They come promptly and they are very efficient. We have also used them for many year and we never have a problem contacting them.
