+ -1 moreWe never heard back at all. We have since chosen another contractor. The work is moving along nicely and we are happy. But this guy didn't even bother to say he didn't want the job.
Description of Work: We asked for a quote for some renovations to our house - remodel two bathrooms and move a wall to make a bigger bedroom. He came a few hours late, at a time I would never have chosen, and said that I had scheduled that time. He went around the house, made measurements, took notes, and said he would get back to us with a quote.

+ 4 moreGeorge is a gem. He is professional, knowledgeable, honest, and fast and does great, clean, efficient, and thorough work. He is willing to work with you and your budget. I did some painting myself to reduce costs, and he gave me great advice on how to do it. He is also very patient and kind. When I indicated I wanted to paint (unmounted) floor boards, he brought in two of his own saw horses and a plank to put them up for me. When I came to the house, everything was ready for me to start painting the boards without having to bend down. Having moved to this area recently, I feel very lucky to have found George. I can only recommend him with flying colors. I already have my next project planned out, and I will ask him to execute it.
Description of Work: Frame and drywall (tape and texture) plus door (incl. trim for 3 doors) in basement. Basement floor painted. Great room (20 ft. ceiling!), hallway, staircase, guest room painted.

+ -1 moreHe is class A all the way. He is very prompt, fair, and honest. He does a very nice job, because he is very particular about what he does. With the shower all of the grouting was perfect and the tile was all lined right up.
Description of Work: Rocky Mountain Contractors most recently came out to paint my living room, dining room, and hallway. He has done a lot of work for me in the past including adding a handrail and tiling my bathroom shower.

+ 0 moreTHE PROCESS WAS LESS TAXING THEN I COULD IMAGINE. THE CONTRACTOR WAS ORGANIZED AND WORKED QUICKLY. HE ANTICIPATED ANY PROBLEMS, WHICH ALLEVIATED MY RESPONSIBILITIES. I WAS KEPT INFORMED AT ALL TIMES OF ANY SNAGS.
Description of Work: EXTERIOR SIDING ON NEW BACK DECK, NEW FRONT PORCH, WINDOWS, ELECTRICAL, GUTTER REPAIR, ROOF, CONCRETE, FENCE.
