Mr. Nguyen was able to respond to me on very short notice - I called and he was at my house within a few hours. He provides excellent customer service with a very friendly, professional attitude. He was very meticulous in making sure the water was drained from all of the outside parts of my sprinkler system. I will be sure to call him again in the spring to do some suggested maintenance and get the system ready for 2016. I would recommend his services highly.

He winterized my lawn sprinkler system.

Three of the four were set to 4 PM rather than 4 AM.Has not responded to last request that he reset sprinkler timer correctly.

He has always been absolutely fantastic to work with. The company is his own and he usually works alone or with another assistant. He is very friendly and has a great positive energy -- this is incredibly important for me whenever anyone comes to work on/in my home. Its like you have a good friend that also just happens to be amazing with sprinkler systems. This last time he really blew me away. I had some landscaping work done and their men had accidentally linked two zones together. This meant that both zones had insufficient pressure to function properly. In a week or two my newly installed landscaping was going to be in trouble. The landscaping company sent out a guy and Phil worked with them, explaining the problem they had created. Unfortunately the landscaping tech had no idea where they'd tied into the system. it was looking pretty dire. Short of digging up the entire system and hunting down the error, I wasn't sure what we were going to do. I was anticipating an uncomfortable back and forth with the landscapers in which I would have to wrestle them into taking accountability for their mistake. Instead of rushing off to the next of his many things to do, he decided to just take a second and see if he could work it out. Together we pulled up some of the hose and cut into a piece. I turned on the zone while he covered it to maintain pressure. It worked!!! That extra five minutes, his care, and a little bit of luck saved me! He'd soon re-separated the zones and everything worked perfectly. The charge was minimal. I even paid a little extra to express my sincere thanks.
