We’re available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm in the Westminster and DTC offices. We have several locations to make sure that we’re able to help no matter where you are. Our founder, Josh Carr, is an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician and is considered an Apple guru. He was a resident writer for AOL and has consulted local news stations on newly released Apple products.

Will never use again.
Description of Work: Problems with my Mac which was repaired to my satisfaction. Now its October and my Mac will not load all my photos due to lack of hard drive space. It also seems to be running slower. I contact Josh who is a nice enough fellow. He indicates that he can install a new hard drive. He also says that he will need payment in advance. I find this odd since I have already established a business history with him. Also I called his number and left a message which took him two days to return my call. Not very responsive. I thought about my situation and decided to buy a new computer. I called Josh who I thought would be my Mac guy from now on to ask some advise. Talk about customer service. I have not heard anything from Mr Josh. I guess if I am not going to be paying him anything (in advance) he does not want to waste his time. This is not good customer service. I would have used him for all my Mac problems in the future but not now. I feel Mr Josh is not interested in establishing good customer relations. HE IS ONLY INTERESTED IN YOUR MONEY. I would never use this man again and I recommend that nobody else does .

After exchange several emails with this customer, we determined he was unwilling to reason and would not allow us to help him. We never received a second call from him. We were in no position to offer a callback. We cherish our customers and cannot believe his resounding negative feedback... and the fact that he won't even allow us to discuss this in an adult manner. We kept receiving "all caps" responses that were very off-putting. We're more than willing to help reasonable people, but obviously... this gentleman is not a reasonable person.

Josh is very professional, honest and knowledgeable. He provided an upfront estimate of the problem and approximate cost of any materials that might have been required. He ran diagnostics to fix the problem. He did not just swap out parts to make some money like other repair shops might have done. I highly recommend Josh for any mac repair.
Description of Work: My mac was shutting itself down voluntarily on a daily, but intermittent basis. I did some research and attempted troubleshooting, but realized I needed expert service. Josh ran diagnostics and attempted to recreate the problem. He couldn't recreate the problem, but did enough work that my mac is now working great.
