I have been an active, full time real estate broker in the state of Colorado since 1996. Above and beyond my experience lies a passion for listening, caring, and skillfully negotiating the best deals for my clients. The art of brokering involves both sides feeling good about the deal. My focus is to see my clients through the entire sales process, weather it's helping them sell their most prized posession or finding the perfect home. I have studied many buyers over the years and learned what is important to them. I have listened to their comments when showing other agent's listings. To be a successful seller is to know the mind of the buyers in your market. Best of all, I take pride in marketing my listings and seeing the process through to the close.

Then, we will co-create the right list of properties to view, separating the junk from the possible gems. We will search until we find the perfect home for you. As a sellers agent, my strength is in presentation. My strategies for staging, photographing, and marketing the home are exceptional, accentuating the highlights.

I met Robert about a year and a half before purchasing my second home. He seemed very enthusiastic and concerned that I was not treated well by previous Real estate agents. He took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for in a home. He showed me a LOT of homes, but some how they were just not the "one." He then began asking me some questions about what I did and how I saw myself existing in my space. He did it in a way as to get to know me and my ideal place Again, it took a long time and I give him a lot of credit for his patience and advice. After we found the place I had hoped to be mine, he was very thorough in setting up home inspections, giving me choices of vendors and their specialties. Robert was very good at negotiating the deal and we both held firm on my bottom line. I was very happy with the outcome. Robert has become a good friend and I recommend him exclusively when someone is looking for a property.
Description of Work: Robert when above and beyond as far as being a consultant, advisor and a true representitive of my best interests.
