+ -1 moreI went to the shop to view Granite samples. Dan was helpful and seemed interested in getting our business. However, when I called back the following Monday to place an order, he never returned my call. I called back a few days later to follow up, and still no return call. I was disapointed in the lack of responsiveness since I was ready to make the purchase. I chose to purchase from someone else who wanted our business.
Description of Work: We needed a bathroom counter top for a bathroom remodel.

+ -1 moreI appreciated that when RIS returned my call, and I explained that I had scheduled with someone else, they offered some advice about what to watch for with the service tech. Also offered to repair the problem if the tech that arrived was not well versed in the repair.
Description of Work: Requesting repair of chip in DuPont Zodiaq QUartz solid surface countertop. Did not use this company because had scheduled the service with Surface Link before I got a call back from RIS.

+ 0 moreFrom the first phone call to him Dan was very responsive. He did not try to "over sell" the granite, he gave good suggestions, and listened to what we wanted. He met us at the stone supplier and walked through the warehouse with us and made sure we got what we wanted. His installer, Will, was very professional and did a great job measuring and actually installing the finished product. Dan and Will provided excellent customer service.
Description of Work: Installed granite kitchen countertops. Dan met with us while new cabinets were being installed, accompanied us to the granite supplier to select stone, then measured & developed templates immediately after cabinet installation was complete. Said it would take about 10 days to cut the stone which it did. Installation took 1.5 days. The stone was cut to fit almost perfectly and the installer did an excellent job. The finished product even pleased my husband, a perfectionist and former home remodeler.
