About us

Renovations by Rick specializes in interior remodel work. I've been in construction for nearly 40 years, I am experienced and have general knowledge in all construction trades. Renovations by Rick was in business in California for 5 years, since 2017. We moved to Colorado 2 years ago, I have since made the decision to restart the business here in the Denver area. I like to do most of the work myself, I am an artist, a bit of a perfectionist. By performing the majority of the work myself, I am able to complete a job with certainty that the job has been done right. Which also enables me to save (you) my customer's a lot of money. My experience with Renovations by Rick has been Outstanding! Rick is amazing and provides excellent customer service. He is thorough and exceptionally clean! I barely knew my house was under construction because he went all out to ensure that the job site was left clean and picked up each day before he left. In addition to his professionalism, I want to share that his knowledge of residential construction is amazing! Renovations by Rick has performed multiple projects for me and all of them exceed my expectations. He is also extremely trustworthy and honest. I highly recommend this company for any residential project you have. You will not be disappointed! :)
Description of Work: Front and back entry doors, windows, basement remodel including a full bathroom, floor and wall tile, laundry room, water heater, and re-piping, electrical work, lighting, kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, and exterior patio sealing. Also several smaller handy man projects.

Rick did a fantastic job on our condo bathrooms. His work is high quality. He gave us useful suggestions when needed while implementing our vision. It turned out above and beyond our expectations.
