It went very well. The installers knew what they were doing and they stayed safe, especially when they were on high ladders to replace the second story windows. The chief installer educated us well on the care of the windows and screens, demonstrating how to use and care for them. From Noah-the first sales rep who came to our door- to the last installer (Ron) who returned a week after installation to remove some dust from a second story window that we couldn't reach ourselves, the whole process exceeded our expectations. Yes, the windows are expensive, but Renewal by Anderson's excellent customer service and their product quality and warranty made the cost worthwhile. We are calling them back in the near future to have more work done.

Everyone showed up when promised and did the work they were supposed to do.

installation was fine, product is good quality. windows are very tight and do not allow heat in or out. however, they also reduce the amount of light coming in significantly to the point that indoor plants are dying, and the house is overall much darker inside to the point we are considering moving for this reason alone. be careful what you ask for.

They had to be told by the inspector that the window install was not up to code. Rework was completed at no additional cost besides unexpected work in painting walls that should not have needed painting before the rework

Amazing, from start to finish, this is what a company should do. The salesperson was polite, punctual, and honest. The price is high, but we'll never need windows ever again, so that mostly justifies it. The install crew matched the salesperson. They did great work, and are highly skilled.

Anderson windows did an excellent job installing a new 3-panel patio door. Their punctuality, professionalism, and communication were all top-notch. We could have had the door replaced with a less expensive option, but the quality of the door and the warranty were more important to us, as we anticipate being in this home for many years to come.

Fantastic. The sales person, Sarah, was a delight, friendly and trustworthy. Never felt we were forced into anything, in fact, she helped us find options that fit our budget better. The installation team was also amazing. Two guys?! I was impressed to say the least. We have several more windows to get installed, and we WILL be calling them again! Great job and great windows. Gorgeous and efficient!

It was good. They actually did a better job the first time than the second time. They still did a good job but there were a few things they were a little floppy with and my husband had to go back out and kind of fix it up. I'm sure if we had called them they would have been happy to come out and fix it, but it just seemed like they were kind of in a hurry. We felt like we got a pretty good price but we didn't really compare them to other companies. I had to point out where they cracked a siding on one of the boards into the window and I had to point it out to the guy. It seems like he should have noticed and they got kind of floppy with pieces at random on the side of the house and so it darkened overtime and so my husband had to go back and scrap it off and repaint it. So they should have taken more time to look over the job at the end and then make sure there were no problems. As soon as I pointed out the crack in the side board then they fixed it, but it seems like I shouldn't have to do that because it was pretty obvious.

This was the third time we used them. They did fine on everything.

Great sales pitch and their product (the glass door) is really good. Unfortunately, the screen door that was delivered for install was built too long on one edge and had to be sent back and a new one ordered. The new one arrived for install 44 days later ... and it was dented in on the top left corner. The installer had to use pliers to bend the outside edges in so that it would fit in the track. A new door was ordered and we will wait to see how long it takes...not holding my breath. Overall, this is a very nice but very expensive sliding glass door. Follow up from my sales rep was mediocre.

Renewal by Andersen had installed two windows the previous year upstairs. On a cold day last December when a strong northerly wind was blowing we noticed a draft coming in through one of these windows. It was still under warranty, and we called the company back in. It took some time to fix a date that would work for both sides, but when they came they did an excellent job. This was particularly gratifying since the problem seemed to be that the existing sill was warping badly and causing the misfit - in other words, nothing to do with the Andersen installation. They still reset and recaulked the window for no charge. I have used Renewal by Andersen a total of three times, and have always been impressed with their work. There are only two windows in my house which they have not worked on, and I will probably have them do those too in time.

It was good. They did a good job putting them in and they did it timely.

They put everything in just fine but they left quite a lot of trash around the house (sharp things such as nails and screws). Ever since the windows had been put in, they've leaked air so I'm not happy at all with them. Whenever my husband decides to call them, maybe they will fix it. They did a good job.

They definitely knew what they were doing and did it well. They arrived on time and went straight to work: methodically, safely, and professionally replaced our windows. We would definitely use this company again.

I had 5 windows done. The quality of their products, their promptness, and professionalism stood out about them.

We scheduled the appointment after a door to door salesperson came to our door. Since we were in the market for windows we decided to do it.The salesperson was punctual, friendly and professional. The product seemed to be a very high quality. But the price was more than double (almost triple) what other companies were quoting. Their product may be a higher quality than other windows, but I'm not sure that it's that much better. The fact that the salesperson showed up in a Mercedes also convinced me that their margins were too high. We went with another company.

We need four vinyl windows replaced. We heard good things about RBA, so we called them first to get a quote. The gentleman was punctual and seemed quite friendly. He spent the first 45 mins talking about how bad his competitors quality was, and how great Fibrex is; he really bashed his competitors. Once we finally got to pricing, he gave us a price that was good for one year, another lower price that was good for 30 days, and yet another price that was only good for that day - we had to sign then to get that price. After haggling a bit here and there, we finally got to a price we were semi-comfortable with, and started to fill out the app for 1-yr same as cash financing. Before finishing, he said he made a mistake on the price (about $375 difference). We took that as an omen and said we weren't going to sign even though we liked the product. He seemed visibly upset and kicked up the hard sales tactics. We didn't budge, and thanked him for his time (he was there for almost 2 hours). I received a call the next day, and he said he talked to the manager, and they would honor the original misquoted price. By that time, we were still a bit upset with the hard sales tactics - which made us quite uncomfortable, so I started reading reviews on other products. After looking at Infinity by Marvin - and getting a soft sales pitch - and a 20% lower quote than RBA's lowest. We called RBA salesman back and said we had decided to go a different direction. His comment: "Well, I wish you would have paid more attention when I was explaining all the issues with Fiberglass windows." I do believe RBA has some good quality windows, but their hard sales tactics combined with their price lost them our business.

Renewal by Andersen of Denver & Colorado Springs were punctual and the work came out beautifully. They're fast, professional and did a really good job. I recommend them highly.

We originally had the installation scheduled for a Monday, which was the last day possible before we left for ten days. The company called on the Friday to try to delay the installation because of expected bad weather. When they understood that this would mean a two-week delay, the installers agreed to come out on SUNDAY MORNING to perform the installation.As before, the care taken by the installers to keep the amount of dirt down, and to complete the installation quickly and efficiently, was noteworthy.We will almost certainly use this company again if and when we install more Andersen windows.

It was wonderful. The window installation has been perfect. The locks and the seals are great and we have had no issue's. They are very clean as you barely know they were at your home as they do such a nice job. We will be hiring them next summer to put in a back door as they do not install front doors. The price is a little high but the quality is well worth it.
