+ -1 moreAs soon as the Buyer's Agency agreement was signed, Mr. Dombrowski became hard to reach, largely unavailable, and encouraged us to work with other realtors. When I read the fine print of the agency contract, the reason was obvious. If we bought anything he would get his commission, no matter who we worked with. In Denver the Buyer's Agency contract creates something called a 'moral hazard' and agent Dave Dombrowski seemed very happy to take advantage. After this experience we stayed away from Mr. Dombrowski and away from signing this agreement with anyone else.
Description of Work: We tried to use realtor Dave Dombrowski to find a house to buy in Denver. All went well, he spent time with us and found property for us to view, until we signed the Buyer's Agency agreement. This agreement makes the realtor the sole legal representative of the buyer and entitles that realtor to a commission on any sale made to the buyer.
