Description of Work: Todd came and quoted the replacement glass for ten Traco windows I have. The window seals have popped and had a nasty brown substance in between the glass. Todd also does a price guarantee for the same product. I went with his quote and which also has a ten year warranty some I checked only offered 5 years. The windows were installed and the only issue I have is the installion was sloppy. I have sticker on an upstairs second story window which is on the outside. Which now I will have to get a ladder out to get up there to remove the sticker that should never been left on in the first place. Also have a lot of chauk that is on the outside that I can not easy get to to remove and just takes away from the great clarityof my new glass.
