It didn't. Despite trying to get someone to call me and schedule a time to come out and get a quote, no one called or emailed back to me to set up a time.

No one ever called me.

Pat's team did great work. They showed up when they said they would, kept me apprised of progress throughout both projects and always left the work site clean at the end of day. Both jobs came in on budget. For the cantilever fence, Pat took the existing iron fence we had (which ran on a track) and refurbished it versus replacing it which saved us $2500 over another quote we received from a different fence company. Pat was not only responsive but he was pro-active about keeping me apprised of progress.

We requested several estimates for our fencing project. Pat Reddington from Redd Co Fence was, by far, the most responsive providing timely information along with suggestions, recommendations and estimates for multiple configurations. He showed great patience and professionalism as we altered plans and asked a myriad of questions. We sought multiple references and were impressed with the feedback and evidence of satisfied repeat customers over time. The project was started and completed within the initial timeframe and the project costs were slightly under the estimate. Despite a very busy schedule, Pat was on site each day. Both he and the crew (employees, not sub-contractors) were hard-working and professional. The completed fence meets all of our objectives and looks great despite some terrain challenges for the crew. We had questions about the finished distance from the ground of the multiple gates, the closure mechanism on the drive-through gate and the gap between the drive-through gates. Pat made suggestions and modified the gate settings, the gate closure and the gap width and even installed an additional barrier between the gates further preventing small animal access. All issues were quickly and successfully addressed - and with a smile. We feel we made an excellent decision to work with Redd Co Fence!
