Customer service was fantastic. The approach to the work was great as well. Everything was done very well. Appreciated the whole experience with Red Fox.

I hired red fox to install a 240 volt outlet to connect my new dryer in my new home. They told it wouldn?t be a problem and completed the work. As soon as I started doing laundry I began having issues/getting error codes. After troubleshooting/testing the outlet myself, I contacted the contractor and was told I could only get half the voltage I needed (120 volts) until I upgraded the main electrical meter coming into the home. I was not told this prior to paying $800 for something the electrician knew could not receive sufficient power. If they had shared this detail, I would have swapped the appliance for the gas version and not had the plug installed. Instead, I have an $800 ?ornamental? outlet and am still needing to exchange my washer/dryer for the gas version.

Nice. friendly and quick. I bid out this job to replace a bathroom fan. The quote came in high but they could come out quicker than anyone else and was still within budget. There was a hiccup with the install but they stepped up and completed the installation with speed, precision and craftmanship. I like companies that work like this. Will use again!

Brannon was very professional and knowledeable. He replaced an electrical mast on my roof and the wires in it. I was very pleased with the work that was done in a timely manner.

The guy came over ( he was nice and polite), turned one screw, was there 5 minutes, and charged me $166. This firm ( Red Fox) obviously is not interested in repeat business or referrals. $166 bucks for 5 minutes and minimal labor? C? mon. The repairman was on time and nice, but obviously, they either were paid on the percentage of the bill or had no flexibility to charge a reasonable price. In either case, that is a Management problem. If I was this repairman, who was obviously competent, I would go to work for another firm that is more customer-friendly. I feel like they took advantage of me and I would not recommend them to anyone.

The technician who installed the fan claimed that the fan was defective when the fan made noise after installation. Turns out the technician put the fan together incorrectly.

I was so impressed with this company. Their electricians actually knew what they were doing. I had a different company come for a service call, and they had not a clue what to do with my electrical box. The switches were even labeled. I will only use Red Fox for any electrical issues in the future.
