They were quick to respond and complete the work. The work was high quality and affordable. I highly recommend them!

Got 4 bids to replace my outdated main electrical panel. Red Fox was less than half of what the most expensive company charged for the same job. Their installer also helped me troubleshoot a few other electrical issues in the house. They came in when they said, did the job as specified, and left it permitted and nicely installed.

While each person from this company has been good at doing their job, the communication has been less than desirable. Brannon installed our 220 outlet in the garage and did so quickly and cleanly. Unfortunately he did arrive over an hour late, for the first appointment of the day. He did perform 1/2 of the other projects very well, and he left after about 3 hours on the first day, saying he would wrap up the following day. One thing I asked for was a relabeling of the electrical panel, which he knew he?d need a second person for, so on the second day of work when he was supposed to bring another person he canceled last minute saying he did not have a second person. My project was pushed a week, meanwhile I had to leave open hopes and unfinished work for him to complete the following week. When the following Wednesday came around he canceled again and the office tried to push for me to move my appointment a whole week again. They had a lot of challenges that morning with one of the vans being stolen or broken into, so they did not have someone to send out. A few hours later Brannons supervisor showed up with one other guy to finish Brannons work. They started finishing up the things Brannon did not complete and ran out of time to do the panel because guy #2 had to leave for another project. So they pushed my project another week. The thing that put me over the top however was that they kept ?finding? more things to do, and not doing the first thing I hired them for. The day before what was supposed to be the last day on electrical work, I received an estimate for an additional $1500 of recommended work. Now, in their defense, it was ?recommended? not mandated or forced, but it just felt like after having an unbelievably unprofessional experience with the company, they were ignoring what I wanted and focusing on wherever they could get extra work. If you have all the patience in the world, their workmanship is good.

The technician was absolutely wonderful...fast, kind, knowledgable. They came out right away exactly on time and installed the outlet which is great. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Felicia V. was the coordinator and she was very helpful. Kept us updated all the way and also put us in touch with Andrew when we needed questions answered. She was great to work with. Andrew was the electrician that did the work. Outstanding is how I would rate is work, attitude and knowledge. Just very satisfied with the outcome. Thank you!

Called this morning . They had a tech out in the area . Set appointment up . They called back and said tech was running early and asked if he could come by sooner. Arrived looked at project . Give estimate and decide to go ahead . Steven the tech started and within an 45 minutes time frame was done . Will definitely use them again . Great customer service. Steven is a great asset to the company.

The technician, Andrew, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He completed work in a highly professional manner. Kudos to Ref Fox Electric for hiring this friendly and extremely knowledgeable electrician. If I ever need additional electrical work done, I would definitely ask for Andrew.

Hector with Red Fox Electric was absolutely incredible. He asked for my visual approval for all light fixtures once replaced and didnâ t assume I wanted them exactly where the other lights used to be. Hector made excellent recommendations during the process like adding a dimmer to our kitchen light, which I hadnâ t even thought of as an option before. Lastly, he was so kind, funny and personable throughout his time in my home. By the time he left, it felt like we were old friends. I typically dread having strangers in my house but it was a pleasant experience. The pricing of services was also right on target. I will be using Red Fox Electric exclusively from now on!

Prices SEEMED a little high, but in todays environment, the price was fair. AJ (Red Fox Electric) did good work. I would hire them again.
