Red Diamond Roofing

It was a year ago this week that the worst hail storm I had ever seen came through. We were very lucky to have Red Diamond Roofing repair our roof. Our project manager, Travis Barre had previously worked as an insurance adjuster, so he was able to guide us through the process and manage the roofing crew, the gutter crew, and deal with our insurance company's questions. He found and documented hail damage to the roof, fence and deck that the insurance company paid to fix. The process was seamless, the office staff's scheduling and communication was pleasant and dependable and Travis's expertise and helpfulness was invaluable. We now have a beautiful 40 year roof for the price of our deductible. Kudos and the most high of recommendations for Red Diamond Roofing, their staff and their customer service was most outstanding.

I've posted a few other places because these folks were really impressive. So fast! A tree fell onto our roof from our property during a wind storm. We got a recommendation from a friend and after we decided to go with Red Diamond, they were fast getting started. We had our old roof removed and new one installed in less than two weeks. Install day was educational and really easy. The entire roof removed and replaced by the afternoon because they brought a lot of workers and our single-story ranch made it a little quicker too. Still, fast. They finished by checking the entirety of our property with magnets a couple of times making certain there weren't left over nails anywhere. I appreciate the thoughtfulness. One last notable thing, our neighbor watched the whole thing go down from across the street. Red Diamond had positive reviews to begin with and did not disappoint. Quality installation of roof and gutters. The sales rep Ed Duffy was friendly, very responsive, sensitive to our needs and went out of his way to get any remaining issues worked out after the installation. Ed was happy to source the shingle manufacturer we had previously installed. Invoicing was straightforward and without issues. I would highly recommend Red Diamond Roofing.

We had the pleasure of working with Red Diamond Roofing and specifically our project manager, Tyler Calomino, after last summer’s hail storm which left our roof significantly damaged. Tyler walked us through every step of the process, and in every way, was a true professional. After coming out to do an initial evaluation of our roof, he noticed that the peak above our sun room was vulnerable to more water damage, so he did a short term repair on the spot! Additionally, he came out during the insurance inspection be be sure that the evaluator was made aware of all of the damage. As a result, damage was noted that we were even unaware of—the gutters for instance which were replaced along with the roof. Tyler was the perfect intermediary between our insurance company and Red Diamond Roofing. He made sure that funds were accurate and that the correct payments were made. It couldn’t have been easier. We were updated frequently throughout the whole process and couldn’t be happier with the end result! My only complaint is that they only work on roofs because our experience was so positive that I’d like to turn to Tyler and Red Diamond Roofing for all of our home repair and renovation needs—I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

I had a great experience working with these guys and particularly Tyler Calomino. I needed to have my roof replaced. After getting a number of bids and interacting with a few more places, Tyler was by far the most professional, responsive and informative person that I contacted. He also helped with the insurance paperwork and explained in detail what was covered and what was not. As far as the price goes, all bids were pretty much exactly the same. Once I decided to move on with Red Diamond Roofing, Tyler met me in person, provided the details of the project and gave us an array of options to pick from, explaining the pros and cons. After a short waiting period, the job got scheduled. The crew worked incredibly fast and was done in one day, and the end result looks great. The day after they came back to finish up some small details and clean up. They left the front and backyard cleaner than it was before. I would recommend working with these guys to any friend that needed some work done in the roof for sure.

I contacted Red Diamond Roofing based on my neighbors’ excellent experience with their customer service and quality of work. Travis Bare was an exemplary project manager providing timely and knowledgeable support. His prior experience as a claim adjuster was also helpful as he met with the insurance company adjuster to ensure that the insurance company would include all damages related to the hail storm in their estimate. The crew was also efficient and professional. I was very pleased with my experience with Travis Bare and Red Diamond Roofing and would definitely recommend them to friends.

Red Diamond was replacing roofs in my neighborhood before there was a big hail storm in June 2018. Of course, our roof suffered damage and I called Red Diamond because of the quality of work they had done on two houses across the street from where I live. Travis Bare was the estimator I had seen before and he arrived within a few hours (scheduled) after my call. Travis did a thorough inspection of my roof and provided an estimate the next day. I then contacted my insurance company (they required an estimate before they would send out a claim representative). Travis had been a claim adjuster before, so he was well versed in what they would do and had all the bases covered in his estimate. Now, because so many roofs were needing replaced in the area, it took a few months to get a permit to do the work. Travis worked with the city to get the permit as soon as possible and when it was obtained, materials were delivered and the work crew arrived a few days later. The crew was quick, efficient and professional. Travis visited a couple times during the job and made sure everything was done to a very high standard. Most of the work was done on day one and finish up took only a few hours the following day. The roof looks great. The claim was settled and life is good. I highly recommend Red Diamond because of their high quality service. I used them on a rental property and the same results on that house were as good as on my house - excellent. Definitely 5 stars plus!

Everything was fine except roofers had delay in materials, which was not their fault.

Last year's hail storm ruined my roof, but Red Diamond came to the rescue. They were on time to every appointment, very communicative, took care of all the insurance negotiations, and the quality of the roof itself is impeccable. Red Diamond Roofing was great to work with. After 2017 hail storm I met with Michele Lewis who managed the project and walked through the insurance claim process with me. She also helped schedule the project and it was completed as scheduled with no issues. Mark Lewis was a wonderful Project Manager. He turned a stressful situation into a quick and manageable project. We had to get the roof replaced within a quick deadline in order to meeting the closing requirements to sell our house. I wasn't sure it was possible, but Mark worked hard to make it happen. The roof crew was efficient and installed the roof correctly the first time. They cleaned up our property thoroughly at the end of the job. Overall, I was very pleased with Red Diamond Roofing and will definitely recommend them to friends.

Michele Lewis was my Project Manager: she came highly recommended by a highly reliable friend. Indeed, Michele was/is an outstanding Project Manager. She took control the very first time that we met. She guided me from the first meeting that we started working together, beginning with inspecting the roof and working with the insurance adjuster as he assessed the roof. Whenever there was a need for an adjustment in scheduling the sub-contractors, Michele responded immediately to my texts. In all, the quality of the workmanship and more importantly, the roof product is of the highest order. I unequivocally recommend Michele and Red Diamond Roofing.

Amazing! Red Diamond Roofing is a 5 star company. We replaced our roof April 2017 and the entire process was very efficient and our roof is absolutely beautiful. Brian was the Project Manager and he was professional and in constant contact with us through the entire process. Brian also had my husband apply for the Roof for Troops rebate.

Delayed start due to huge number of homes in area needing roof replacement. Showed up on time. Did entire job in one day by ensuring adequate crew were on hand. Company rep showed up to inspect during installation. Clean-up crew went over everything twice and did a great job. Didn't damage gardens. Cleaned gutters before they left. Passed inspection easily.

After the June hail storm we were bombarded with roofing companies coming to our house. My husband and I did our research and we decided to call Red Diamond Roofing to come and look at our roof. We had already had our insurance adjuster come and give us the insurance estimate of damages. When Mark came to look at our roof and gutters he helped us get better quality shingles than we had, and put larger downspouts to prevent a problem we had with our previous gutters. We felt like he really put us, the customers, first. He also recommended some contractors for repairs that they did not do. Our roof was replaced about 1 month after the hail storm. We were the first ones on our street to get it replaced. They completed the work in only 2 days and did a great job cleaning up our yard. We were very happy with the quality of roofing material, and it looks great! We were extremely happy with our experience with Red Diamond Roofing.
