We had hail damage to our roof. Michele from Red Diamond Roofing came out and gave us an estimate. She went above and beyond to make sure we got the roof, gutters and other things repaired from the hail storm. Michele was even here when the insurance adjustor came to our home. She was also here at times during the installation of the roof. My roof was installed on the date it was promised, they did a very good job, cleaned up after themselves and left everything the way they found it. We were very happy with their services, I have recommended them to several others. We would definitely use them again if the need arises.

Brian Dewal was our point of contact, he was professional and knowledgeable, I had no idea how to go about with insurance claim and he explained it all to me. He told us how it works and about how long everything is when dealing with insurance claims.

From the initial contact by Sales Representative Jim through the completion of the project, we felt Red Diamond was on top of everything. Our options for materials, colors and installation were explained to us up front. Our insurance company, USAA, had recommended them to us and we found that Red Diamond knew exactly what steps to take when something was identified that was not covered in the original insurance quote. Because of the evaporative cooler and solar panels there were additional costs not considered. The scheduling of the installation was exactly when we needed it and the workman's arrival was on time. The two day project took two days. Cleanup was thorough and all work done exactly as we requested. Jim followed up with us after all work was done to ensure we were satisfied. No problems at all. In fact, because of their good work, we contracted with them for a second roof at my mother-in-law's house shortly after they finished our roof.

First the crew was very professional and they were on time. We had a foot of insulation added throughout our entire attic. The insulation they used is top of the line! The crew was very efficient and they were finished within the time frame I was given. I was pleasently suprised at how well they cleaned up the work area. The new installed insulation helped so much over last summer (we don't have AC) and this winter. Our utility bill actually went down!! VERY pleased with the work and the quality!

Above and beyond. Came out within 24 hours of calling; certified roof inspecter [Mark Lewis] went all over our roof and found multiple items the previous company simply didn't do. His team was able to repair our roof at very reasonable cost within 24 hours. Our neighbors [4 that we know of] went with Red Diamond for their roof replacement at same time we did, and had a superior job done, passed inspection with flying colors, and roofs look gorgeous. Bottom line is we would never go with another roofing or siding company again. Red Diamond are experts, responsive, and run their business with the highest integrity which in this type of business is very rare to find. I would recommend them, and Mark Davis, without reservation. At all.

Red Diamond Roofing did a great and thorough job from start to finish with this work. The entire staff from top to bottom is professional, courteous and service oriented. The work was competed in a timely manner, was a quality performance, and the paper work and coordination with my insurance company handled efficiently and effectively. In a state full of roofing scammers, this company is professional and quality and I would recommend them to anyone.

Red Diamond was superb. Besides doing a top notch roofing job they were like having a family member in the business. We had a lot of damage to stuff other than the roof. Even though I did not contract them to take care of it they took care of me! I had to repaint, re-deck and replace metal on some sheds. As I had done it all myself previously I decided to do that part myself. The folks at red Diamond were a great help when it came to dealing with the bank. You see the insurance company was on the spot, quickly paid for the whole job based on the estimate (Red Diamond was there for that to make sure the estimator knew local codes and didn't miss anything) and gone. But they didn't pay me or the roofer, they paid the mortgage holder. So I had to deal with that organization. I was on a business trip when the bank wanted to do an inspection and Scott from Red Diamond did that with them. After he showed them all the roof stuff that they got paid to do, he showed them all the work I'd already done as well. He didn't have to do that, but, like I said; red diamond was like a family member in the business. When I got home from my trip I was prepared to begin sending forms and receipts and all the other things you can imagine a bank wants.... Nope, it was all covered by my bud on the roof while I was away. I signed one form and mailed it to the bank. They released the money and we all got paid. Thanks Scott, thanks Red Diamond

I wish all contractors were as efficient and professional as Red Diamond Roofing. Their roofing specialist, Mark, was easy to work with; had a depth of knowledge of replacement roofing materials; returned calls in a very timely manner and always kept us advised on what was happening 'behind the scene' in filing an insurance claim, acquiring permits and delivery/installation timelines. We were pleased with the choices of roofing materials. We were especially pleased with Mark's customer service. He was easy to be around, was professional in appearance and presentation and didn't try to belittle his competition for his company's advantage. He helped us make good choices and kept everyone on the same page. We would recommend Red Diamond Roofing and choose them again...but we're hoping we don't need another roof anytime soon.

Where to start with this outfit...first, they wont even do your roof, they will contract it out to another company that slaps on a roof that starts curling up and popping up over the roof line within a month. Jim Baratka, our so called project manager, was a joke. He showed up on the day our roof was installed at the end of the job for about five minutes then said he needed to go home because he just had a root canal done. I am not making this up. Jim wont respond to your e-mails and when he does, he will not answer your questions or respond to your concerns. I have pictures and e-mails (or lack of) to back up everything I say. They did send someone out to supposedly fix the roof but it still looks lousy. Again, I have pics to back this up. This is a dishonest company that talks a good game but does an extremely poor job and is very unprofessional. Use this outfit at your own risk. They were supposed to do a bunch of other work at my house but never even started it in the 6 plus months I was in contact with them. They flat out lied in e-mails about what was going on. I am actually glad they didnt do any other work for me after what they did to my roof.

I was extremely satisfied with their work. They were fast and did a lot of little extra things to make the job better. Repaired some sub-roofing. Adjusted rain gutters. Quality of workmanship was good.

Replaced whole roof on a house built in 1900. They had to remove several layers of asphalt and wood shake and redo the decking. The whole job was done in less than two days. They worked in the rain right as the Boulder flood hit in September. They cleaned up the whole yard of debris and worked with my insurance company as the work was the result of hail damage. Everything went very smoothly. Great job!

The representative came directly out. He was very courteous and professional. He, Alan, was honest and informed us ours did not need replaced because of hail damage. Because every home on our street was being replaced by a company that was not so reputable, we called a better rated company. When we need any type of repairs we will call Red Diamond.

All around, they were really great.

.roof not done properly and they stained my new stucco. never repaired it.could not get them to satisfactory repair roof . Roof still saggs. my insurance paid them anyway. not happy.

Red Diamond roofing did an inspection of our home after a severe hail storm in June. The pointed out a number of areas of damage and places on the roof that the home builder had messed-up. Red Diamond roofing was present during the inspection performed by our insurance adjuster walked the adjuster through all the damage. The installation of the new roof was completed within one day of start and I can say that our roof is better now than when we had purchased the house. I was so pleased with their work that I have retained them as the General Contractor for the remaining work (Painting, deck staining, sliding glass door replacement).

We and several of our neighbors have used them.
