+ -1 moreThey came out one morning, on time, and placed the mouse poison through out the house. The process took about 45 minutes. The were responsive to questions and were pleasant and knowledgeable.
Description of Work: We had a mouse problem in the autumn of 2010. Mice droppings, and two dead mice.

+ -1 moreThe technician was professional and explained everything. He arrived promptly, took care of business efficiently, swept up the dead bugs, and left things clean and neat. He also took the small ant traps, etc. that I had tried to use so that they could be disposed of properly. He wondered if I had heard of the company through my neighbor who had used them recently to get rid of bats that were in their attic. I hadn't talked with the neighbor, but have since learned that they were pleased.
Description of Work: I had tried to fight an invasion of ants and flying ants for 2 weeks before realizing that they were winning! I found Rann M Pest Management through Better Business Bureau and was impressed with their rating. I called and they sent a technician the following day. He checked the areas where I had seen the bugs, as well as other areas that were connected. He sprayed in the kitchen, basement, and outside the house. I saw a few bugs the following day (which he had told me to anticipate) and have seen no bugs in the 6 weeks since the work was done.
