The installation was great and the installer got everything done in a reasonable time frame. He walked me through everything and I am well versed on how my system works. I could feel the difference almost immediately. My only complaint would be about the water testing demonstration. I was told it would last for an hour but she was there for almost 3 hours even with my asking to increase the pace.

Peter did a fantastic job in helping me understand why a complete system was necessary. After the work was completed, he had technicians come back to install a pressure regulator (our pressure was too high in Lone Tree), and to install the reverse osmosis system after our kitchen was remodeled... both without an additional service charge. I expected to spend around $2000, but ended up spending over $6000, because the system came with a lifetime warranty regardless of where we live - Rain Soft will move my system for me to my next home! Can't beat the dedication to our satisfaction and outstanding service.

The installation went well, though it took longer than we were originally told. The kitchen counter had to be drilled for the drinking water faucet, causing a delay. But the plumber was able to attach the reverse osmosis filter output to the fridge water dispenser. The sales pitch was rather strong. The sales person comes to your home to do a water test and discuss the financial impact of hard water. We were told it would last an hour and it ended up taking three. The sales person was nice and professional. I just wish it didn't take so long. They want to sell it to you right then and there, so do your homework in advance.

Rainsoft did the work quickly and efficiently, but not without a few problems. The new system turned out to be EXTREMELY loud, and had a very strange piercing squeal when it ran. Also, the water pressure was much lower than we had anticipated. Rainsoft was very responsive, and returned within 48 hours to replace the squealing valve, put padding around the new, louder hosing and adjust the water pressure to an acceptable level. Now all of the equipment is running smoothly and without any further complications.

We have been pleased with the Rainsoft company from the beginning. Even though their units are pricey, it makes a world of difference in the taste of the water.
