RACO sent six workers and two trucks to do work on our 250' driveway and a 4-car parking slab. They filled cracks in our asphalt and resealed our driveway. They also added 100' x 2' x 3" of asphalt to one side of our driveway. The team was efficient, hardworking, and did an excellent job. We are very pleased. Their price of $925 for resealing and $700 for new asphalt ($1625 total) was over $1000 cheaper than another company working in our neighborhood.

They did an excellent job on our HOA lot for crack-seal and seal. They showed up on time for the estimate and the actual job. It was a pleasure doing business with Rafael Cordova and company!

We signed a contract and agreed on a time schedule. Late evening before they were supposed to start they called and said they have to postpone due to an emergency. We set a new date for Sept. 18.&19 and they confirmed with phone message. Nobody showed up Sept. 18 and I sent 4 messages throughout the day asking what is happening. No answer. On the 19th Again no show up so I called and I was told they will come tomorrow Wednesday. This will not work for me and I asked them to give me a new schedule in writing by return email. So far nothing! Finally showed up Sept. 21.&22. First day crack repairs went good, second day cleaning and seal coating a disaster! I specifically asked to use an industrial grade oil based sealant. Instead they used a water based sealant and run out of sealant after halfway done. When they asked me for water to add I realized that they were not using an oil based sealant as requested and confirmed in the work contract. They left halft the driveway unfinished. They don't speak english, it is difficult to communicate with them. Since they also have to seal the asphalt inside the barn I power washed and cleaned it out for the second time now. There is lots of machines and equipment standing outside in the weather now and it looks like I have to move it inside again if they don't show up today. Very inconvenient and causing lots of additional work for me. If they don't show up or call with a new schedule today I consider my contract broken and I will cancel the job.

They did a great job on repairing and sealcoating our driveway. The guys were friendly and worked efficiently. They were scheduled to arrive in the morning, but didn't come until afternoon, but they did communicate about the delay. We felt the price was very reasonable for the work they did.

They added on a driveway extension and turn about in a sloping area with water run off concerns. On lookout mountain for us. They were able to re-direct the water away from the house and did a beautiful job with a recycle pavement base and four inches of hot pavement. Communication was a little difficult, so I would recommend using a Spanish interpretation app when possible.

They showed up at the appointed time and did the stated work in a professional manner. The job looks great.
