Pyramid Granite

They had to trim the opening of my existing granite countertop where our new oven was to go so the oven could fit in. The owner and his two man crew did a superb job in trimming the opening just enough without damaging any of the adjoining slab. They also did a good job of cleaning up.

What a mixed experience. His initial visit to measure and present went well. Pedro is a delightful guy and if he was his only employee he'd be a great compnay. Once we contracted with him, the install was done within 2 weeks. How can that be bad...inexpensive, good selection at his supplier, friendly, etc????We bought a VERY EXPENSIVE BRAND NEW DISHWASHER a couple of weeks before counters were put in. His employees didn't make sure the dishwasher opened before drilling holes in the underside of the counters and permenantly fixing our dishwasher in place. We called Pedro very upset and he came back within a week to and quot;fixand quot; the problem. Since then our dishwasher has been unlevel and shelves come crashing forward. The top panel where the buttons are has been badly scratched becuase of how he reinstalled. About a month ago the and quot;fixand quot; came undone and our dishwasher is unmounted. I tried srewing the side bolts but because of the design it barely works. I asked Pedro to come out and spoke with him. Also texted him. Never heard back. I now have beautiful counters that destroyed my $1000 dishwasher. The end result was a great beginning with a horrible ending.

Working with Pedro and his team was a great experience. Pedro spent more than an hour with me when he first came to see the counters and do the estimate. My kitchen was not build correctly by the previous owners and pretty much nothing is leveled including floors. Pedro was very creative and had really good suggestions how to correct the issue. After our meeting, I knew I would go with Pedro and his team. These guys came on time, were very efficient and well organized. Leveling all the cabinets added extra two hours. Their offer was very competitive. I would highly recommend and will hire Pyramid Granite again!
