She explained to me how to set my alarm so that it would not set it off if the cat moves around, which was very helpful. They do not charge me anymore than what they have to. When I first started they charged me $46 a month. I only pay them $58 a month now for a better system. Every 3 years I would get my system updated, and sign a new contract with them. I have now informed them that they do not have to do that, and I will be with them until I pass away. The installation process was very easy. If there is ever an issue with them, it is always very easy to resolve.

I was never too happy with their service but thought I would give them a try. When I first was introduced to the service the young lady was very nervous and had a pretty dry personality. After I signed with them, I was not really happy with their renewal policies and they weren't the type of business that was willing to work with me. I just was not happy with them.

Within 1 business day we had someone at our new home explaining how they worked and the credits you received for using them again. They came back within 3 days to install alarms and chimes on all the major doors that our children would be using so I would know if they opened any of those doors and I wasn't in that room.
