+ 0 moreThe prep work done on the deck was outstanding; it went far beyond what I had expected. The previous painter did not do any prep work and it showed. That work lasted less than a year a year. Promark not only got rid of all the previous contractor's mistakes, they patched, sanded and fixed any places on the deck that needed it. It really looked great, even before they primed and painted it! Now the deck looks superb; we've already received compliments from the neighbors and we are enjoying our "new" deck!

+ -1 moreTo start, Mark directed me to unknown retail/wholesale companies that provided items I needed at a substantial discount over specialty retailers and the big box stores. This saved considerable money on the granite for 3 bathrooms and the floor and shower tile for the master bath. Mark and his crew were pro-active in bringing issues to my attention, such as finding a 'false wall' in the shower, allowing me to increase the size of the walk-in and make it much more comfortable. I had selected 12x24 tile for the floor but Mark and his crew pointed out that the size of tile would create an odd install. Rather than going ahead with the install they brought my attention to the issue so I could make a better decision for the floor tile. When I requested changes during the remodel the changes were handled promptly and professionally. Prices quoted for the remodeling was much better than the other 3 bids I received and there is no question that the finished job is beautiful. The only area of improvement that would have made the remodel better was in keeping me informed of when his crew might be late in arriving in the morning which happened once or twice.
Description of Work: Services provided were two minor bathroom remodels including new granite counter tops, new fixtures and mirrors. The major work was a complete gut and remodel of the master bath. The master bath work included new tile in the walk-in shower, new flooring, paint, lighting, mirror, updated electrical fixtures and installing the new vanity and medicine cabinet I had pre-ordered.

+ 1 moreSteve matesi ran the job. He is very experienced. He got the materials on site, built the deck, installed the door, and built the stair. He asked questions and discussed options with me. He was very pleasant and his craftsmanship was top notch. He was punctual or would call when he was going to be late. It was a hassle free construction project.

+ 0 moreOur home had not been painted for 7 years. Some of the boards where the wood was exposed was starting to rot. Mark and his group repaired all of the boards and painted the exterior of the house, including around every window. They did an EXCELLENT job in a timely manner. We liked Mark and his staff and the quality of their work so much, we are now having them paint the interior windows. They are also going to give us a bid to remodel and repair the master and guest baths. When we hired ProMark to paint, we had no idea how incredibly versatile their experience was for whole house repairs and remodels. We feel extremely happy and lucky that we found ProMark Contracting.

They kept their promises regarding cost and quality of completion. We were able to discuss options and they worked with me to accomodate my design and budget. They kept me informed of progress. A very professional organization overall and I would highly recommend them!

+ 4 moreMark and his crew were responsible for remodeling our new kitchen. He was great at listening to our wants and needs and was great at listening and addressing our questions. He was so good about asking us questions before he pursued a new or different task. Trustworthy, responsible and hardworking crew and they are grateful to the job.
Description of Work: Promark Contracting LLC did the demolishing of our 80’s style kitchen, re-routed some plumbing pipes and electrical wires, installed a door, a window and all cabinetry for our new remodeled kitchen.

Description of Work: Tiled a bathroom shower 68 sq feet. Bathroom floor 45 sq feet and laundry area floor 27 sq feet. Total area was 140 square feet.

Description of Work: Wall papering small bathrooms, the workmanship was shoddy,wall paper trimmed short above the heat register, corners cut short and seam work I felt could have been better, tore about a thumb size piece out of the wall paper while replacing the medicine cabinet back on the one wall, sloppy work on reglueing that back in place, rehung the medicine cabinet in the other bathroom much higher than it was originally and did not screw it to the wall from inside the cabinet with one of the screws instead, placed that above the shelf at the bottom in the open area, so now there is a black head of a screw that was put in at a angle so now some thing will have to placed on the shelf to hide the screw head, placed a piece of wall paper that had glue applied to the back,but placed it face down on my sunroom floor with the right side down but there was some glue on that , that I found after they left and when I picked it up to throw it away it pulled the newly stained color about the size of five quarters off of the floor, I don't know why they left it there to dry as it was left over from the trimming of wall paper about 4ft. by 20 inches in size. They were in a hurry to leave the job and they did not want to come back as I live about 30 min from Aurora, and I was charged a $50.00 trip charge to come out and do the job maybe they felt they were doing me a favor by doing it all in one day, I did have some painting done by them earlier and other wall paper and was fairly pleased but this was not a good job I did not feel. Description of Work: I hired him to have flashing reapir done around the chimney and he also fixed the leak damage.
