Project X Restoration

Project X did a great job at figuring out the cause of the mold, treating the mold, and putting my kitchen back together looking better than it had before. Project X was awesome at answering my questions no matter what time of day. i always felt like I knew what was going on, even when I wasn't home. I would highly recommend Project X

We were lucky that a friend recommended Project X to us. From the very start Danny was with us and made sure everything was taken care of with not only our insurance but with our stress as well. Everyone that we came in contact with at Project X was extremely professional and polite. I'd definitely recommend them .

it went very well considering The discontinued product and the insurance issues. It definitely took longer than expected but most of that was not their issue.

The Project X team did an amazing job of trouble shooting the problems no makong sure we had everything we needed to live comfortably in our home during the work.

They were great. They were very professional and hard-working. They worked with us on developing a reasonable and thorough estimate, and were willing to answer all of our questions along the way, from the inspection process to helping us pick out things like tile, faucets and shower doors (I had two Home Depot trips with Danny, pondering design options!) They were great at offering lots of suggestions but also listening to our needs. There were occasional gaps in service time when other contractors/inspectors had to come in (i.e. plumbing/electrical, or for inspections) during which they had to go to other jobs and occasionally created a bit of a delay, but that's understandable -- they aren't the type to just sit around, and when they got started again, they put in 12 hour days. My only very slight and quot;Band quot; rating for responsiveness is that sometimes we weren't informed about the breaks/contractor hold-ups in the schedule, it took a little time to get the initial estimate, and there ended up being a bit of a disconnect over the plumbing/HVAC costs when we had to bring in an outside contractor for permit reasons. However, in a project this huge and complex, where things are bound to go wrong, those are pretty minor things -- and when they were here, they were all business -- extremely fast, and willing to work with us on the unanticipated expenses or changes. Overall, the project lasted about 5 weeks, which was much faster than I expected. I was amazed at what just one or two people could accomplish in a day. They knew what they were doing, and I trusted their work. They took great care in attending to every detail, and when one of the walls in our completely finished basement showed some warping (not their fault), they were willing to come in and completely re-do the whole thing, with hardly any delay. I highly recommend them and would work with them again.

Project X was very responsive and professional. They completed our mitigation and restoration work in a thorough and timely manner.

They were on time, made the area where they had to access the attic very air tight, wore clothing that they removed before leaving the room. Very professional and did an excellent job. Cleaned up completely before leaving. They said it would take about three days and it took 2 days but they left a blower unit in the room to completely remove any additional particles for a couple of days which I had no problem with. They wiped down the ceiling and walls as well. Dan was extremely nice and explained everything to us. I would highly recommend them.
