Precision Siding & Construction

Description of Work: PSC-Precision Siding & Construction, called us to do estimate and show product. No Show for 1st appointment. Gave a 2nd appointment chance. Estimate 5 to 6 times higher than other options. Internet research - poor BBB rating, service, material, and warranty (Not Angie's).

Description of Work: My husband was outside and a guy walking down the street stopped to talk to my husband about siding and windows. My husband set up a meeting to discuss windows with their service rep. That was in June 2011. We had a meeting and sat down and listened to the reps pitch. We were impressed with his little kit and presentation and he was a pretty nice guy. His name is Bob Rosanbalm and he claims to be the regional production manager. We ordered the windows and he advised us we would have an approximate installation date in 2 or 3 months. We gave him 50% down.. $5,000. Shane was the guy that arrived about 5 weeks later, with his wife and kids to do the measuring. He didn't have a business card or any business identification. I called Bob and left a voice mail. I later called just to see how things were progressing and spoke with Ken Woodward at the main office because we'd not heard a word from them since that meeting and Bob hadn't yet called back. He was very nice and confirmed that the company was reputable and the windows were actually made but not cut to the precise size and were waiting on the measurments from Shane. By this time I'm admittedly a bit nervous. He also indicated they were waiting for the door to be made. Bob then called me back and in an incredibly rude manner talked to me with ranting explanations and in a condinsending manner scolded me without hesitation. When he finally paused I told him I didn't appreciate being talked to like a 3 year old and in such an unprofessional manner. I advised him of my converstaion with Ken and he continued to banter in his rude manner. He was so obnoxious and I was floored by his demeaner.
