Description of Work: I had the exact same experience as the first reviewer. Colleen was recommended to me by Mountain High Tree Lawn & Landscape. She came to do an estimate and told me she would send a quote to me that night. It's 4 days later and I haven't heard a thing from her despite reaching out to her several times.

 + -1 moreI have never experienced such horrible customer service in my entire life! Colleen was recommended to me by Mountain High Tree, Lawn and Landscape with the highest praise and she did nothing that she promised to do or call when she said she would or supply me with an appraisal on the date promised. I notified Mountain High and suggested they not make this type of recommendation again. Wasted 3 weeks trying to simply get an estimate.......
Description of Work: The provider did NOT return calls promptly, the provider did NOTanswer emails promptly, the provider did NOT survey the property when they said they would and the provider did NOT give the estimate when they said they would.
