They made me wait a month for the appointment after my first initial contact in march. When I contacted them after not showing up for the estimate, I spoke with the same receptionists I made the appointment with. She insisted that I was not on the calendar, did not offer to reschedule and seemed to care less about the issue.
Description of Work: They were to come give an estimate on the 23rd of April to install exterior clean-outs for our residential sewer line.

The person we have used for several years was out of town, so we had to go with Pipeline Industries. The guy from Pipeline Industries spent a lot of time working on it and he did the job. I was really here, so I didn't even meet the guy, I was told that it took a couple of hours. He was on-time, did a call back for followup that was good and that was only connection I had with him. We did have just a little trouble with drains, but it did clear out eventually by itself. I will probably not use them in the future just because we have somebody we have used for years and years and years, they were just used in a desperate situation.

Crew arrived as scheduled on Friday with impressive equipment and knowledgeable people. They took great care putting down many sheets of plywood on the yard so they would not make a huge mess with the dirt removed. The backhoe operator (I can't remember his name) ran that thing with surgical precision as I watched almost every dig with awe. These guys didn't waste any time and completed the job in unreal time. THEY WORKED HARD AND SMART And were very polite. I've read some bad reviews on this company but unless There's something that is wrong I can't see, I would hire this company in a second. GREAT JOB!!!'
Description of Work: Ran camera down sewer pipe to street. Found many areas where roots were clogging and growing down my sewer pipe (clay pipe). The Technician (DOUG) explained to me why we could not do pipe lining or pipe bursting due to "bellies" or sags in my pipe that ruled this procedure out. He also determined that we could just dig from the house to the sidewalk, instead of going all the way to the street which would cost quite a bit more. I did not have root issues in the street. He provided me with a DVD of his camera inspection for any further review. This was on a Friday and Doug provided me with a formal quote first thing Monday morning. We scheduled the work to be done On that Friday.

Beware! Horrible communication, timeliness and business. Took them 6 weeks from start to finish. No one ever communicated when they would be back to finish repairs. They lost my credit card info and then sent me a bill saying I was late. Also severed an electrical line and never told us . Now to reopen to trench an electrician is going to charge us $1000 If we would have been told they severed the line we would have called the electrician when the trench was open. When I called to discuss this issue the lady on the phone was rude, curt, and talking over me. When I asked to talk to a manager she threatened to put a lien on my house! I have never dealt with such a situation with a company before. Read all if the F reviews... Wish I had read more of them. You will see similar complaints.

Biggest issue with Pipeline is they were adamant that the job I wanted could not be done. We needed to replace our original clay sewer line to the main in the alley. Our home is a 1924 Bungalow. Replacing the sewer line provided us the silver-lining opportunity to relocate the new 4" PVC line below the floor of our basement to allow for rough-ins for a future basement bathroom. Pipeline informed us that we would need an ejector pump to bury the line below the basement floor. Pipeline was highly critical of other contractors that said they could perform the work I wanted. Pipeline refused to accept that the work could be done to code. Ultimately I went with another contractor. Pipeline created unnecessary drama in the process and made me doubt some very reliable contractors in the meantime.

They did a good job. They did everything in a very professional manner. They told me when they will be out and then when they couldn't make it because it was pouring rain they said they couldn't attend it and they rescheduled it. I would use them again.

They are very professional and very good at what they do. Josh came out and did the initial video inspection of our sewer line and found that our old clay sewer line had multiple spots where it was caving in. He gave us options to replace only the bad sections or replace the entire line. We decided to replace the entire line so that we would not have to worry about it again. The crew came in the following week and did the excavation and sewer line replacement all in one day. They arrived at around 8:30 in the morning and were done by 4:00pm. They were very professional and other than the 4 ft strip of dirt through the yard where they excavated you could not really tell that they had been there. They left the yard in very good condition and cleaned up very well. They have a very fast and efficient process for doing this and they keep your out of service time to a minimum. Once the job was completed they came back the following day and did another video to inspect the work and also because we needed to inspect our interior sewer lines underneath our basement floor. During the video inspection of our under slab sewer line they discovered that the old cast iron pipe had a section that was rusted out and should be replaced. Once again, Josh gave us the option of replacing just the one section or the entire line underneath the concrete slab. We decided to replace it all, so we could have all new sewer line and not have to worry about it again. Just like the first crew that came, the crew that came to do this job was very professional and had us back in service in one day. The job did take 2 days to completed because there were some complications connecting the inner sewer line with the outer line and then they had to pour the new concrete but they were able to keep the sewer line connected when they left for the evening so that we still had service. They worked through the problems and were able to get everything working. Pipeline is great at what they do and they complete their jobs quickly and efficiently. We now have piece of mind, knowing that all of our sewer line is in good working condition and we were very happy with their services.

The supervisors were friendly, gave great explanations about what they would do, what might happen that could complicate things, what might cost more depending on what they found, and gave us a detailed estimate. It was about $1000 less than the estimates we received from other companies but Angie's List and a local contractor we trust had given Pipeline high marks. We signed the contract and they started and finished right on time, informed us all along the way about the progress, safely moved heavy machinery over tight spaces without harming our landscaping, and did the job just as described with none of the extra price possibilities occurring. They came in right on budget and even fixed the sod that they had disturbed even though they specifically said this was something they usually can't do. The workers were very professional and hard-working. Not a wasted movement among the group.
Description of Work: Pipeline rechecked our sewer line from the crawlspace to the municipal sewer and confirmed the broken pipe junctions that another vendor had found, got all the necessary permits and permissions, had Public Service mark all the pipes and power lines. They then dug the trench from our home to the sewer, pulled a cone through that destroyed the existing sewer line while pulling through a new PVC line, created a new junction with the municipal sewer line, placed forward and backward clean out access, repaired all cut sprinkler lines, filled the trench (replaced flag stones), and left everything as they found it (with the exception of the new sewer line, of course) in less than a day.

They were hired to dig a sewer cleanout and when they did that we think they didn't compact the dirt well enough around the water main when they were finished, and that is why the water main broke. We are in litigation now.
Description of Work: The reason my basement flooded was because a company called Pipeline Industries earlier had dug a sewer cleanout because I had several sewer backups.

I brought the quote and "recommendation" to the attention of the seller and his agent who reviewed the DVD copy with 2 different specialists. One specialist was with a private company, Pipespies, and the other worked for Denver County Waste Dept. In their opinions, the sewer line only needed to be cleaned out and not replaced. I had the sewer line cleaned and scoped again by another company. Both individuals (Denver Co Waste and Pipespies) reviewed the DVD's again and agreed that the line did NOT need replacement. I would recommend that if when you have a sewer scope, use a company that only does the scope and does not do the replacement. I feel like my experience with Pipeline bordered on scam-like business.
Description of Work: Had sewer scope performed on my house that was under contract. I received a DVD copy of the scope. The individual who performed the scope recommended replacement of sewer line (secondary to tree roots and offset pipes) and quoted price of $6400 (which doesn't seem unreasonable). Additionally, he only provided a DVD and quote, he did not detail the findings at all.

I chose them based on reports on Angie's List. Their quote was also lower than other companies' quotes. They were efficient and fast. They did a good quality job. It's a big process, excavating a sewer. They pull out a ton of dirt, and they're just ripping things apart. These guys did as good of a job as possible doing that. They were able to get out the next day, because they have so many crews.

Lowest price quote. Very responsive company, courteous on phone and in person. Provided comprehensive estimate. Carried out work very quickly (started in couple days, even though permits were required and holiday weekend intervened when city offices were closed) and kept me informed when extra $500 for box shoring was needed (estimate did state that it might be needed). I am happy with the company and the work.

Pipeline replaced my sewerline from the house to the alley. We received two bids - after reviewing the video inspection of the sewer line, Pipeline wanted to replace the entire line and the competing bid wanted to replace only at the service point in the Alley. Since Pipeline would do the entire line for $7500 and the other bid was $6300 for just the service point, we opted to replace the entire line at one time. Pipeline completed work on replacing the sewer line in one day, however they did not return to patch the concrete at the back of the house or the pavement in the alley for 5 days. We were selling the house, and prospective buyers opted to repeat the sewer scope as part of their inspection - they found that the sewer line from the kitchen had not been tied in to the main sewer. Pipeline came back to reassess and agreed that they had failed to attach the kitchen sewer line. They subsequently tied the kitchen line in to the main sewer line inside the house. There were a few issues that came up, leading to mostly "B" ratings from me. Generally, they were helpful and professional and helped me work through these problems.

The company gave us a quote very quickly and offered to beat a competitor's bid. They quickly answered all questions. There was some confusion after work started that perhaps the client had to pay for additional work, but I was able to resolve this with the company and they honored their original bid.

Supervisor came to do camera scope inside sewer to determine condition, damage, roots. Gave me a bid and made appointment 2 days later for the work. Crew came promptly, worked well, cleaned up well, were polite and helpful to me in saving some of the best quality excavated soil. They also answered questions, repaired the sprinkler system pipe that was damaged in the excavation, and replaced most of the sod. Contractor said to call if sinkage occurs in that spot and they will bring more soil to fill it in. Work just finished today, so I will let you know if any disappointments develop.
Description of Work: Excavated sewer pipe (approx 10 ft long and 8 ft deep and 2 ft wide) from house, under our lawn, replaced clay pipe with plastic, and installed 2 openings to the surface for future sewer cleaning. Included all charges for excavation, pipes, fittings, cleanouts, bedding (rocks), backfill, compaction, plumbing, clean-up, and haul away.

Once we learned that we had to replace our sewer line we got three bids for the job. Pipeline was the least expensive and most professional group that we interviewed. They began & completed the job the same week and were prompt, courteous, informative (they updated me every step of the way), did a great job of minimizing damage to my yard/fence, and cleaned up so thoroughly it was like they'd never been there (well, except for the dirt covering the trench but that was inevitable!). We found out that the original sewer line had negative drainage and that more work would be required than the original estimate, but even that process went smoothly as they talked me through what was wrong and what options I had. I called a few days after the work and asked them to lower the sewer outfalls a bit and when I came home from work that day they had already completed the work. Highest recommendation, we were very pleased with the quality of their work and the professionalism of their employees.

I felt that they were very professional. The work turned out well and I had no complaints. They were actually the lowest bid I received so I was very happy with that. They did a good job cleaning up all the mess and dirt when they were finished. There have been no troubles with the new line.
Description of Work: I had my old 100 year old clay sewer pipe line replaced. They had to dig 12 feet down and dig up part of the alley then re-pave that part where they dug.
