PINO'S CONCRETE SOLUTIONS LLC

Eliseo Pino Sr. Didn't do any work for me, however he did damage the bumper my BMW with boards which were not securely/properly tied down to his vehicle as they were hanging off the side of his truck. I asked him for his insurance information, he refused to give me his insurance information only until I told him I was going to call the police. He doesn't feel he should take responsibility for the damaged caused to my BMW, he and his son said and quot;it's nothingand quot; there are two indentions on my bumper which the paint is completely missing. I spoke with his insurance agency, he refuses to call them back and provide a statement. If this is how he is handling this situation I can only imagine how he conducts business. This shows lack of character as well as lack of professionalism on his part considering he was driving his company truck which has his company name and phone number. He claims all I want is money, all I want is for him to take responsibility for the damage caused to my vehicle. I have before and after photos of the boards hanging from his truck. I am a single mother of 4 boys, who's 18 year old son was recently diagnosed with Epilepsy, if he doesn't cooperate with his insurance I'll have to come out of pocket my $500 deductible.
