Pinnacle Windows & Restoration

Work went great. They helped me with the insurance side of things and were able to replace my damaged windows in just a couple days. Would definitely recommend them and will 100% use them again.

Apparently Pinnacle purchased the customer list from the company that I contracted with between the time I made the appointment and the time of the appointment. I had renovated the house or added any windows. I have used the company for 5 years and the window count was always 36 windows. So when Pinnacle arrived 30 minutes and did their count, they counted 40 windows, instead of the 36. Then proceeded to tell me they could not honor the pricing that I had discussed and agreed upon on the phone. They wanted $650 to clean the window instead of the $285 that I had paid for years. Now I understand if they wanted to charge me for extra windows, no problem, but 4 extra windows cost me $91.25 per window (for the new windows), when the old price was $7.91 per window. Even if you take the full count into account, $650/40 it is $16.25 per window or more than double. This is a clear case of bait and switch. Don't ever use these guys. Marc

Overall it was a great experience working with Pinnacle Windows & Restoration! We had some broken windows due to a storm and Pinnacle sent a sales rep out that week to check out the damage. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. They whole process was super easy on our part, Pinnacle talked with our insurance agent and increased the amount they would cover. When our windows were installed we were very happy with how they looked and are definitely using Pinnacle again to get the rest of our windows replaced!
