 + -1 moreEverything went very well. He was keen not to make a mess in my home and asked before he opened doors to other rooms and any exterior doors. He seemed extremely well-versed in the real estate market in particular in the Cherry Creek, Belcaro and Polo Club area. I also felt at ease with him in my home.
Description of Work: Marshall, the home inspector, was thorough in going through my home and oustide my home. He even took his time to explain to me what exactly each test was about. I was aware there could be some small issues with my electrical and I was glad that Marshall uncovered those issues without me alerting him. He was professional, asked me if I had any questions, let me know I could contact him later with questions if they arose. I was pleasantly surprised and would recommend this company over other companies. You get alot of bang for your buck.
