Description of Work: Phil is a professional sprinkler technician. I was introduced to Phil by my neighbor. When I first moved into my house, I didn't know I was supposed to maintain the sprinkler system! I was out of town when it exploded on Christmas eve. My neighbor called Phil to fix it. I've been using him for 5 years now. He turns my sprinkler on and off each season. He can also test back flow devices as required by some cities. He's a cheerful, hard-working guy.
