I would highly recommend Personal Touch Tile without reservation. Scott came in and corrected a very poorly installed shower job/bathroom remodel job of a previous contractor. He completely gutted what had just been installed, took away all the debris, re-built the shower floor and walls so they are waterproof and will drain properly, re-tiled the entire shower and floor to perfection. He was very knowledgeable and helpful to consult regarding the kind and quality of tile to use for the redo, as well as confirming that all the plumbing was good to go. He also provided quality contacts for other repair work we needed from the botched remodel. We are thankful to have found him and count him as a friend.

Scott called me back within the hour, and was to my house for an estimate within the next 45 minutes (it was just happenstance, I don't know if that is a regular occurrence). Scott gave me a time line and an estimate. I knew that I could likely get it done cheaper, but not with the same experience and workmanship. Because our house had had a lot of settling, Scott had to add multiple layers of (expensive) layering material to level out the floor. I was impressed with his honesty and all his attempts to keep the costs down. He explained everything he was doing. This added a (necessary) expense of $1000. He was very detailed about every cut and every placement of tile. His artistic layout of the fireplace pebble tile was perfect (and he said it was his first time doing such a project). There was one tiny area that I requested he redo. Because he was set on having a satisfied customer, he was happy to oblige. He worked 6 hour days but solid hours. He was done in the time that he had estimated. I could have gotten a cheap laborer through home depot, but know that Scott was worth every penny. He also was super friendly and a good conversationalist. He did this work last summer, and I am just getting around to writing this review. I am just sitting here thinking of a new project I would like done by him!

Scott was very prompt in submitting his estimate, answering phone calls and emails. Before the job started I had several questions about the tile and what his recommendations were and he was very patient and informative. During the construction, he arrived punctually and kept me updated on his progress. His work is excellent and the bathroom looks amazing.

Very well. Previous contractors abandoned work. Scott is very detail oriented, thorough, fixed everything previous contractors were unable to do. He did great work. Floor looks fantastic now.

Scott is exceptional, we used him several years ago at another home to install tile in family room, three baths and a laundry room as well as demo and install new toilets, cabinets, a bath tub, some plumbing, etc. As other reviewers have said, he is a perfectionist and all of his work is of the highest quality, well thought out, installed and finished. We cannot say enough positive things about Scott, his honesty, professionalism and high-quality, long lasting work! We have two or three other projects to do and plan to use Scott again for this work.

Removed existing tile in large, odd-shaped entry and main floor bath, prepared both surfaces for new tile, installed the tile, grouted and caulked, cut/installed new and existing trim boards, re-assembled the bath and installed 3 new toilets.

Did an excellent job. Had an issue with tub but it was resolved. Very good experience.

Perfection! Scott listened to our ideas, made important suggestions, and artistically created our beautiful master and guest bathrooms. He was here when we expected him to be, he stuck with the job until all things were completed to highest standards. He gave us accurate and unchanged quotes on the work to be done. He was fair, honest, and extremely talented in his work. We recommend him to anyone who wants artful, meticulous, honest work at a fair and logical price.

Though Scott was not the lowest bid we received, we're SO glad we went with him!! Like the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. From the initial estimate to the final walk through, Scott was friendly, professional and educated us on so much. He made suggestions about what types of tile to consider and was a great resource for where to buy as well as other trade service professionals we would need during our project. Scott is a perfectionist but that's a good thing. Where most tradespeople would go with a and quot;good enoughand quot; standard on materials and installation, Scott used proper good quality supplies and took his time to do things RIGHT the first time--and it showed. He doesn't believe in cutting corners. Another sign we made the right choice? When the glass company came to measure our shower for the new enclosure, he commented on how great of a job Scott did. Our only complaint? His knowledge and professionalism made us realize just how bad the plumber we contracted was. The plumbers Scott recommended were all busy with other jobs so we went with one Scott had never worked with before. I'll save that for it's own review. If we ever need any other tiling work done, Scott will be who we call!!

Scott was on time worked very hard to make it all look great. He was friendly and polite, we felt comfortable to have him in our home.

He did a very thorough job as original tile job had to be pulled out. Showed us the steps and put everything back in, like baseboard.

Scott Hanson did a wonderful job on the bathroom. He kept me informed throughout the project of the work that he would be doing and answered all questions that I had. The work was completed as scheduled and Scott was responsive, punctual and professional throughout the project. He helped to find a glass company to install a shower door after completion of the tile work. The price was not the lowest bid that I received, but the quality of the work was worth the price and I would definitely use Personal Touch Tile for any further tile work.

How did it go? Scott was amazing!! We had 3 bids, but chose Scott because he was the one who would be doing the work, and he took time to go downstairs and look at our pipes before placing his bid. We could tell by his actions and comments that he'd done this before, and knew what he was talking about. I was so comfortable having him in my home. Scott is completely trustworthy. He almost feels like a member of the family! He found problems with my plumbing that plumbing companies hadn't found! No more rusty water for us! His work is very high quality. He was always on time, never wasted time, and made certain everything he was doing was done right He helped us make sure that we got good quality, well-priced items, such as the bathtub, plumbing fixtures and cabinets. I should be selling tickets to people who have come over to see the bathroom remodel! And I've recommended Personal Touch Tile and Remodeling to everyone. If you want high quality work done by someone you can communicate with and trust, this is the company for you. Wish there was a higher rating than just A.

Very professional and knowledgable about all aspects of remodeling. He gave me great insight into what I should look for when buying tile. He showed up when he was scheduled to and finished the work on time. Scott offered me many valuable suggestions about how to repair my old house. I will call this company to help me in any remodeling I do in the future.
