Pennington's Heating and Air-conditioning

Pennington's installed a new boiler on 10/31/2020. I've had to call them back 5 times for a system failure to work, water leaks and a gas leak. They billed me for the gas leak claiming Xcel energy got the location of the leak wrong because they didn't do a bubble test. I witnessed the bubble test. Xcel got it right. I contested the bill and filed a report with the Better Business Bureau. Pennington replied that the desired outcome was completed by their office and I never got another bill, a revised bill, or an explanation. I assumed their warranty covered the repair as it should. Now I have a water leak at a valve they installed. They installed the pipes above and below the valve. They are refusing the service this leak and are voiding the 5-year warranty because I didn't pay that bill. They are responsible for this leak, all previous leaks and the other issues with the boiler installation. It's only been 9 months! That work should be much more durable and better quality. I shouldn't have to call them back at ALL let alone 5 times!
