Peak Pro Painting

I received several quotes and these guys had one of the lowest. They were able to start right away and had two guys here all day everyday until it was complete. They cleaned up pretty well after themselves and kept in touch with me through the whole process.

Overall a great experience. The price was right for a 4 bed home (approx 3400 sq ft). The crew that performed the job was courteous, punctual and did a great job. Make sure to point out particularly dirty areas of the house so they can give it extra attention when washing. 2 people completed the job in 4.5 days, but windy weather caused that. In good weather, expect 3-4 days for this size job.

My mid 80's home was badly in need of exterior painting, as well as fixing some pieces of wood that had rotted out. I contacted Peak Pro Painting through the website and was immediately called back by Michael who was very professional and took all of the necessary information. We were able to schedule to have someone come out and give me an estimate the very next day. When Grant came out to look at the house, we walked around together and discussed all of the details of what we would need done. He gave me his honest opinion on different paint option which I really appreciate. After signing the agreement to have them paint the house, I assumed it would take a week or two before they could get started. Grant calls the next day and tells me that they are finishing a job and can start the following day. When the crew came, they were very polite and courteous about cleaning up and taking care of the property. The crew finished painting the entire exterior in 2 days. I couldn't believe how quick and easy everything went. We were so impressed, that we are going to have them come and paint the inside of the house later this year.

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Peak Pro. They were extremely professional and very helpful throughout the entire process. The work they performed was very detailed, as we had just gotten our new hardwood floors installed. They went above and beyond to ensure that the floors remained in excellent condition. Our house now looks and feels like a new home thanks to Peak Pro. We truly appreciate all that they have done for us since our move to Colorado. We will be sure to recommend them to our family and friends who want professional, courteous and detailed service providers.

They did exactly what they said they would do in the time frame that was promised. We felt that the 2 man crew were courteous. This was quite a large job but they handle it one step at a time. We would highly recommend this company.

They took our unpainted brick home and painted our it. They took their time in the prep work. We just had new landscaping put in and they carefully walked around all of the new plants and grass. No damage was done. Each night they cleaned up after themselves. The workers always arrived on time and stayed to complete the jobs each day. People stopped us afterwords to tell us how beautiful our home looked.

Contractor did a thorough job of pressure washing all surfaces, then a thorough job of prep, scraping, priming, and caulking before proceeding with the painting. Crew was very curtious and easy to communicate with and responded to any questions or concerns that I had. I felt it was very good value for the money and the overall quality was excellent. I also appreciated the efforts of Justin, who provided the estimate and management oversight. This is an excellent company that i would not hesitate to use again.

All went very well. They arrived on time, were friendly and finished the house in 2 days without any misshaps. Quality of the work looks good. I would use them again.

We were duped by Angie’s List! What a terrible experience we had with Peak Professional Painting, LLC. Know that his Painting Company does out-source their work. This company gets an “F” for communication. Written in our quote and told verbally by Justin (owner and estimator) that his painting crew would “prep” our home; that they would “power wash” the entire home, scrape flaking paint, and caulk all nail heads, caulk siding seams and caulk around window frames and all areas where we had trim and siding replaced. Peak Professional Painting, LLC does request a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure scheduling. I was told by Justin that he would telephone me to let me know when his crew would arrive to begin painting. I never got that call, and instead, his crew just showed up at 10:30am Friday morning. The prep work consisted of covering the windows and doors with paper. The crew did not power wash, they did not scrape flaking paint and they did not caulk. In fact they did not paint the entire home because they completely missed areas of our front porch and areas on the west side of our house. The “3” man crew completed the work at 5:30 pm the same day! Only 7 hours dedicated to all of that work! The crew foreman returned to our home from another job and happily requested payment. My husband told the crew foreman that he was not satisfied, that they did absolutely no prep work that the crew had painted over the old flaking paint, had not caulked as agreed upon and therefore they were not getting paid. After numerous conversations by telephone with Justin (owner), the crew agreed to return Saturday morning at 9 am to address the issues and complete the work. On Saturday morning no crew arrived and we could not reach the owner by cell phone, so I decided to text and email him. We were just completely disgusted that this company could not keep their word and return as agreed, could not return our phone calls and basically did not care about customer service. With not a single phone call and not an apology from the owner, (2) crew members just showed up around 2 pm Saturday afternoon. This whole process was a joke. The best light hours of the day are gone around 5 pm this time of the year. Two sides of our home look unfinished in daylight and it’s now been 72 hours since the 2 man crew left and the owner has not contacted us to go over the warranty. The painters cleaned they’re paint buckets on our lawn and we have paint and paint chips all over the front and back yards. Our yard was trashed. Buyer’s please beware!

They did a great job on the project; the last paint this house saw was ~25 years earlier, so there was a lot of prep work. The team was outstanding professionally, and very easy to work with.

We were very pleased with the work done. We got an estimate within a few day of calling. The work crew was very profesiona and did a great job of keeping the area around the house clean. They cleaned up every night. they were easy to talk to if I had questions. Did a wonderful job. Would hire them again.

I was initially struck by how personable and attentive Justin was. I could tell immediately how much pride he took in his work. When he arrived we spoke at length about what I wanted done and he had suggestions along the way. He mentioned that if I was interested in having a color specialists come out, they have one on staff. However, I knew exactly what I wanted so I did not take advantage of this service. He was clear about the price, timing of project and duration of the project. He stated he usually comes in the middle as far as bids, which after 3 bids was exactly where he fell. To top it off they were AHEAD of schedule so Justin called and said they were able to come out earlier. When the crew arrived they were Fantastic!. Very friendly ,professional and Hardworking. Boy, was I impressed. They arrived on time moved furniture on my deck covered everything and had started immediately. The job itself it took a few days and they were finished. I have a detached garage and a 3 story house with a very steep pitched roof and it really did not phase them. Love love love the outcome. I highly recommend them and cannot say enough good things about them. I will definitely use them again!

Everything went well. They the replaced boards they said they would replace and checked with us to show which ones they had indeed replaced before they painted. Overall, the job took three days. They put a lot of effort into prepping the trim before they actually painted. I would recommend them and use them again.

Everyone was great to work with, from getting the bid to scheduling the work - both times! (We had them paint the wall color twice because our first color choice was not quite right.) The crew was courteous and professional, prompt and they finished within the time frame given. They made it possible to live in the house during the project and were careful to make sure we had access to the kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms at the end of each day. The quality of their work was excellent and their final walk through for touch ups was so thorough that we didn't find any issues when we walked through the property with them at the end of the job. Daniel was great and called or texted us to give us updates so we knew if they were going to finish early so we knew we could come home - we have a 1 year old so that was very helpful. We'll definitely have them come out again - the next time will probably be to have our kitchen cabinets lacquered then to have the exterior of our house painted.

Peak Pro completed the job in 5 working days including powerwashing, prep., caulking, and finish painting. The quality of the results were top notch, in particular the areas where colors converge, they were highly skilled in trimming out the job.

This experience was amazing! The crew was great...here early in the morning and late in the afternoon. My house was completly transformed. There were no surprises with the cost or anything else. We can't believe what a beautiful, professional job was done in about 3 days! Definitly would use Peak Pro for any additional work. We found them on Angie's list.

Grant showed up to the house and gave me a quote that was much better than his competitors. His team of painters showed up on time and were very professional and communicative. The job turned out great and we are very happy with the results.

I had the company bid the project more than a year ago, but due to some damage on the exterior of the house, I needed to have repair work done first. When a year had passed and Peak came to the neighborhood again, I was happy to see them be wlling to honor the bid from the prior year; which was lower than the competitor; but the damage had still not been repaired - my fault. Peak was happy to take a deposit to secure the pricing and give me the time and flexibilty to get the repair work done in advance. As is the case with most subcontractors, this was a 3 month ordeal to get the repair work completed and Peak was very patient with me while I waded through subcontractor land. When we were finally ready to paint, one of the Peak guys came out to put up test colors for us on short notice on the weekend. We learned the hard way that we should have lived with the test colors a while longer but wanted to help Peak fill in an open space in their calendar and so decided a bit too quickly. The painting crew were subontracted and could not have been more polite or accomodating, which is not always the case when they are not incentivized as employees of the company. I came home on a lunch break to see the progress; and was shocked at the color in full scale. I immediately called Justin and explained my dilemma. He was kind and reassuring about how often this happens and allowed time and materials spent to be the only extra charge in picking a new color to start over with that very evening. The quality of work was great, the guys on site were pleasant, and the overall learning lessons were on us for next time. I will happily use Peak again - the pricing is competitve but the quality of work does not suffer as a result - a rare find.

The work was done in three days and it turned out incredible. It looks like a brand new home. The crew was very professional and did an amazing job.

Based on recommedations of a few neighbors, I call Justin at Peak Professional Painting. To my surprise, Justin responded to inquiry quickly and immediately arranged an estimate appointment, within a week. Once I met him in person, Just clearly outlined what was entailed in the estimate and then he spent about 40 minutes assessing the job. At the end, he presented me with a clear and detailed estimate for the job. He went on to say that if I was willing to book today and provide a deposit of $750, he would provide an overall job discount. I accepted his offer and agreed to the terms outlined in the estimate. A few weeks later, at the previously agreed upon job date, I met the painting crew. They did a meticulous job of prepairing the house for the paint. This included a thorough powerwashing of the entire exterior of the house. Additionally, they used caulking to fill all the cracks and gaps. They fixed some siding that needed repair and nailed some balcony boards that had popped loose. The first two days of the job were spent simply preparing the house for the paint.. Once the painting started, they began with the trim color, followed by the body, and lastly the accent color. The painters did a beaufiful job. The clean up their work area each night. There was no paint splash or splotches left on the sidewalk or patio or anwhere where there should not be any paint. A very clean and tidy job. We love that. The painters were very courteous, respectful and polite with us and our home. It was readily apparent they take great pride in their own work. Overally, we are very pleased with the quality of the finished product...our freshly painted house. Peak Professional Painting provided us very professional, courteous, responsive, and thorough customer service. When we have to repaint our house in the future, we will absolutely use them again. Since finishing our job, I have referred Justin to several of our friends in the neighborhood. They did a great job.
