Peak Pro Painting

Overall we had a great experience with Peak Pro. Justin was prompt in setting an appointment for our free estimate, and called the day prior to confirm. He is a very persistent salesman, and at times would have preferred we did not wait for other estimates which we didn’t like, but at the end of the day he always answered when we called, and was straight forward about the entire process. We did not have a great experience with our color consultant included with our estimate, that part of the process was entirely unhelpful and an overall negative experience unfortunately. Lauren and Britany in the office were fantastic to work with, especially when we had several delays due to our HOA approval. They also made sure we had great communication with the paint crew. The entire team even made things work when we had a last minute paint color change! Oscar was an amazing crew foreman, and his team was polite, professional, and always willing to make any adjustments we needed or requests we had on the job site. Oscar’s crew also had really great craftsmanship and we are very happy with the way our home turned out.

Just had Peak Pro Painting do the exterior of my home. Hansi's team was responsible for my home. His team consisted of males and females and they work very well together. They were great! They did a wonderful job, paid attention to details and were very respectful of my property. The team cleaned up after themselves so well you would never had know they were here. They worked very hard in this heat!! My home looks so pretty and fresh!! I will be recommending Hansi's team and Peak Pro Painting to family and friends.

This company was really great. We live in erie where there was a hail storm this past year. I had been treated terribly from a company I was talking to before talking to peak pro, which was like a breath of fresh air. They were transparent on cost (and reasonable) for high quality paint. Started the job super quick once there was warm weather. They treated us very well and were really responsive to all questions and concerns.

I have never left a review here before, but I had to for Peak Professional Painting. I found them when searching for someone else to paint myself- other than myself. From the initial meeting, to the completed project every part of the process went smoothly. I was communicated with from start to finish so I knew what I needed to do in order to make a great paint job happen for our home. Hansi and his crew are fantastic! They took great care around our home while they worked, and they did so much prep work- I was very pleased with this part of the project- they take pride in what they do. I have always done the painting for our home- but I wanted to invest in a professional this time and I am beyond glad that I chose this company! Great service! Very communicative through the whole process! Trevor in sales was great and easy to work with, Juana, our crew chief was amazing! Communicated every step of the way. The crew was meticulous and even vacuumed when they were finished. They did a totally invisible drywall patch after we removed a dog door...amazing!!!!

Peak Pro just completed the exterior of our home. This was the second time we used them to paint out home. Overall very pleased with the entire process from the quote to scheduling to execution of the job. Juan and the entire team were great.

If you are wanting your house painted and you want a company that takes pride in their work and stays with you every step of the way, call Peak Pro. We used them 5 yrs ago and were fully satisfied. When hail damage gave us a chance to repaint our home in a new neutral color we immediately called Peak Pro and asked to work with their foreman Caesar again!! Peak pro with their staff Lauren called us regularly while we waited for HOA approval for a color change. They even include a 1hr appointment with a color specialist! They are respectfu, professional, craftsman and make you feel like family. I will miss them, now that our work is complete but I smile every time I drive up to our home. Thank you Peak Pro!!!!!

Everyone has been extremely nice and helpful from Justin, who did the estimate, Lauren and everyone in the office, to Jose, the painter and Tammy, the color specialist. They have all gone above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend them, they are the best.

We hired Peak Pro to paint the exterior of our home and stain the fence due to hail damage. They did an amazing job, the project manager, Chris was very good at responding and keeping us posted on all aspects of the job. Jose and his crew were awesome and our home looks amazing! Have recommended them to 3 neighbors already!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. By far the worst experience I've ever had staining my deck. This was the worst staining job I've ever had (I've had 3 so far). I had put up a negative review stating this (it took a negative review for them to even call) and the company said they would review and asked if I would put my review down which I did out of good faith. They sent a contactor to review the deck which no-showed twice and once he finally did come out has not followed up. That said, the contractor did agree that the work should be re-done. This is ABSOLUTELY the worst work and customer service I've ever seen...NOT only in painting/staining but from any retail experience I've ever had. There's NOTHING Professional about them.
