Peak Pro Painting

This company subcontracted the project to another company, and did not supervise the project as committed by the salesperson. The other company did not communicate, had no project details, could not speak English, and damaged several things (cut cabling, glass breakage, damaged landscaping). I ended up having to take off of work to supervise the project myself. Many aspects of the work didn't meet expectations, but I was in a no win situation, so I have paid the project off, and will just hire other contractors to clean up the aspects that still need fixing.

Beautiful job. The house looks great, they were quiet, quick and did an amazing.

The estimator, painting crew and supervisor, and warranty painter all worked very well and to our complete satisfaction. Even the staff we spoke with at their office were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Their communication was very good, which helped us to schedule them at our home. We paid extra to have some specific details attended in the prep/priming stage and are happy with that work. Their pricing was competitive. As mentioned, we had extra work done that none of the other bidders offered, so while Peak was competitive, we paid more to them for their work, and are very satisfied with the value received. It was also impt to us that the vendor we chose is bonded and has Worker's Comp in place for their workers - not all of the bidders had either or both in place.

The overall experience was good and our home looks great. Opted for the more expensive paint as we are exposed to pretty severe elements and wanted something that would hold up to the Colorado sun.

I hired Peak Pro Painting based on their experience and reviews. I was under the impression that I was hiring Peak Pro Painters and they were going to be the painters of my house but found out after the job was complete that my job was subcontracted out. I approved the estimate which came in a little over $4,000. The job was scheduled to start on Wednesday August 16th,2017 since I work from home I was home for the majority of the time. I was informed that the foreman for my job was named Raymond. Raymond was not just the foreman he was the only person that showed up to paint my house. He worked about 10 hrs on Wed and Thurs, and finished up on Friday with a female assistant and they worked for about 5 hours. The company that painted my house is J & G Painting, one painter, four years experience, no reviews and no testimonials. The job completed was about 75% good and 25% bad. The side of the house that was bad is the side that is exposed to all the elements. Sanding and scraping was not completed the old chipping paint was just painted over. The response from Peak Pros Rep was "old paint ridges will not go away. As long as the wood is protected, that's what matters." Working is as a real estate appraiser for over 25 years home appearance is important to owners because that is what relates to value. (Pictures Attached). I hired Peak Pro Painting not J & G Painters. No one from Peak Pro Painting showed up to inspect my property, they only showed up to pick up the check. This is an unprofessional company and I would never hire them again, and if you do hire them make sure the company that is painting your house is Peak Pro Painting not some other fly by night company.

FABULOUS! Tim outlined everything we needed to do prior to his crew starting. The crew was professional and courteous. They went above and beyond to make the process painless.

Would highly recommend Peak Pro - from initial estimate process to scheduling and work done by painting team, had a great experience start to finish. The painting was thorough and looked great and the whole team was friendly and responsive.

Wasted my time. Four weeks after visiting the house, and they still haven't provided their estimate despite follow-up call and email. Waited over a week for the appointment too. Already selected another contractor much more responsive.

Awesome job by Tim and his crew! The exterior of my house was in pretty bad shape - faded paint and a lot of trim that needed repair. Tim gave me a really good estimate for the work that needed to be done. He answered all of my questions and concerns and was very responsive in scheduling the job. His crew was very courteous and attentive to detail and a pleasure to work with -always explaining what they were doing and what they had planned. They never left at the end of the day until I was satisfied with their work and always cleaned up before they left. Extremely pleased with their work. My house looks new again!

The whole project went fantastic! The company was very helpful with the the whole process the entire way. And the paint crew did a great job on the house, very polite and always showed up on time like they said they would. I would hire the company again.

Peak Pro did a great job! Justin was able to answer all of our questions during the Estimate process and was very helpful in deciding what grade of paint to use. We also received a color consultation that made us very confident about the color choices. The painters were very efficient and finished in about a day and a half. They did good prep work and cleaned up after themselves.

They were on time, and paid attention to all the details. They did the power washing, caulking, painting, and then we did a walk-through and they did all the touch-up on the spot.

Peak Pro Painting lives up to their name in that they offer a very professional product with professional service. They started on time and completed the project much sooner than anticipated, all the while providing a quality paint job. Our house looks beautiful and I am very satisfied with the entire experience from beginning to end.

I had a great experience with PEAK. Tim **** was very helpful working with me and my real estate agent Debbie Loesch to select the best colors for my house. He also did a great job going over the repairs needed and provided a very reasonable estimate that PEAK honored even though the crew did more work than I expected. Speaking of the crew, Israel Mendoza and the guys did a fantastic job! I could not be more pleased. I will definitely recommend PEAK to all my family and friends.

We were thoroughly pleased with the process and the painting. Every member of the Peak Pro team was professional, communicated clearly and met with all our expectations. The house looks terrific and was done in a timely manner.
