Peak Pro Painting

Painting went off without a hitch, the coverage was awesome. The painters communicated frequently to make sure we had the right areas covered even though I was working remotely. The house came out clean but a little dusty since it was the *entire* house that got painted.

Peak Pro Painting was excellent to work with. Their communication before, during and after the job was great, and the quality of work was exactly as expected. I would absolutely recommend them and would use them again if needed.

Peak pro did an outstanding job re-painting my home. Sales person Jeff was quick with the estimate. Cheri in the office was very communicative through the process and accommodating to my schedule. Angel and Uriel were a great team getting the job done in 4 days and quickly making minor corrections. Plus they sanded and got rid of vine crud on the home! And Michael quickly followed up with the 2-year warranty details. Overall, an extremely positive experience. I'll look to them to give me an interior paint quote later this year!

I booked an appointment through the Denver Home Show to have an estimate. On the scheduled date and time, no one showed and no phone call. Then I called the person I booked the appointment with and no answer and no return call. Then I emailed to the company explaining I would like an estimate and, again, no answer either through phone call or email. I have little faith these guys will actually show up to paint if it's this hard to get an estimate.

Peak Pro Painting did a great job painting our house, fast, efficient and professional

Peak Pro Painting did a great job painting the exterior of my home last year. Tim **** was very thorough in explaining the costs, options, and process with us before the work began. Tim has been patient with us and we appreciate his approach. Rather than call in every 2 weeks to see if we are ready, he has respected our timeline and touches back gently every now and then. I told him to come on out last week for an estimate and he made the process simple and enjoyable. The options he gave us were perfect for our stated budget and he promised if we wanted to do it in the spring that he would honor the prices shown to us last week! Another plus: not trying to oversell us. Very helpful and friendly disposition. Hope we have enough saved after property taxes in January let Tim and his crew get our house looking great. Great however there were only 2 people on the crew so it took a little longer. Maria and Marta did a wonderful job.

There were some delays in starting the project, mainly caused by weather. But we also got a discount for allowing schedule flexibility, so I am not complaining. When work was started, it was finished promptly and professionally. Maria's crew was so easy to work with.

It went very well and they did quality work.

This company subcontracted the project to another company, and did not supervise the project as committed by the salesperson. The other company did not communicate, had no project details, could not speak English, and damaged several things (cut cabling, glass breakage, damaged landscaping). I ended up having to take off of work to supervise the project myself. Many aspects of the work didn't meet expectations, but I was in a no win situation, so I have paid the project off, and will just hire other contractors to clean up the aspects that still need fixing.

The estimator, painting crew and supervisor, and warranty painter all worked very well and to our complete satisfaction. Even the staff we spoke with at their office were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Their communication was very good, which helped us to schedule them at our home. We paid extra to have some specific details attended in the prep/priming stage and are happy with that work. Their pricing was competitive. As mentioned, we had extra work done that none of the other bidders offered, so while Peak was competitive, we paid more to them for their work, and are very satisfied with the value received. It was also impt to us that the vendor we chose is bonded and has Worker's Comp in place for their workers - not all of the bidders had either or both in place.

The overall experience was good and our home looks great. Opted for the more expensive paint as we are exposed to pretty severe elements and wanted something that would hold up to the Colorado sun.

I hired Peak Pro Painting based on their experience and reviews. I was under the impression that I was hiring Peak Pro Painters and they were going to be the painters of my house but found out after the job was complete that my job was subcontracted out. I approved the estimate which came in a little over $4,000. The job was scheduled to start on Wednesday August 16th,2017 since I work from home I was home for the majority of the time. I was informed that the foreman for my job was named Raymond. Raymond was not just the foreman he was the only person that showed up to paint my house. He worked about 10 hrs on Wed and Thurs, and finished up on Friday with a female assistant and they worked for about 5 hours. The company that painted my house is J & G Painting, one painter, four years experience, no reviews and no testimonials. The job completed was about 75% good and 25% bad. The side of the house that was bad is the side that is exposed to all the elements. Sanding and scraping was not completed the old chipping paint was just painted over. The response from Peak Pros Rep was "old paint ridges will not go away. As long as the wood is protected, that's what matters." Working is as a real estate appraiser for over 25 years home appearance is important to owners because that is what relates to value. (Pictures Attached). I hired Peak Pro Painting not J & G Painters. No one from Peak Pro Painting showed up to inspect my property, they only showed up to pick up the check. This is an unprofessional company and I would never hire them again, and if you do hire them make sure the company that is painting your house is Peak Pro Painting not some other fly by night company.

FABULOUS! Tim outlined everything we needed to do prior to his crew starting. The crew was professional and courteous. They went above and beyond to make the process painless.

Would highly recommend Peak Pro - from initial estimate process to scheduling and work done by painting team, had a great experience start to finish. The painting was thorough and looked great and the whole team was friendly and responsive.

Wasted my time. Four weeks after visiting the house, and they still haven't provided their estimate despite follow-up call and email. Waited over a week for the appointment too. Already selected another contractor much more responsive.

Great, very pleased with service and outcome

Awesome job by Tim and his crew! The exterior of my house was in pretty bad shape - faded paint and a lot of trim that needed repair. Tim gave me a really good estimate for the work that needed to be done. He answered all of my questions and concerns and was very responsive in scheduling the job. His crew was very courteous and attentive to detail and a pleasure to work with -always explaining what they were doing and what they had planned. They never left at the end of the day until I was satisfied with their work and always cleaned up before they left. Extremely pleased with their work. My house looks new again!

The whole project went fantastic! The company was very helpful with the the whole process the entire way. And the paint crew did a great job on the house, very polite and always showed up on time like they said they would. I would hire the company again.
