Mark arrived on time on Monday and disconnected our existing desk top. While doing that he discovered that our computer did not have a program to create cd's to transfer the files, and he didn't have the equipment he needed with him. He had to purchase some items ($100 worth) and returned the next day to install them and complete the transfer of our files. He decided it would be best to charge us a flat rate for the project vs. an hourly rate. He felt this would be a better value for us.

Mark was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. It was a pleasure to work with him. He offered alternatives and options for my computer repair, explained the details of what may be needed and displayed genuine interest.

I found Mark on Angie's List and called him. He was able to see me right away that same day.

Overall, it went fine. My only negative comment was Mark was over an hour late. He did apologize for this. The computer continues to work well and my wife is much happier than she's been with service we'd received previously from another computer guy.

We set an appointment for Sunday, but Marc called back to say that he could come a day earlier, which he did. He called along the way to verify his arrival time (we're in the mountains), and addressed all the problems efficiently.

I got a new computer this summer and when I would try to email articles found on the internet or contact someone on craigslist I got a pop-up to use Outlook. I don't have Outlook and there was no way to enable it or get around it. The guy who built my computer couldn't figure it out (and he BUILT my computer) but Mark came out and fixed my problem. He tried to talk me through it (for free) on the phone which I thought was very nice of him but I am not very computer literate so I decided to have him come out which he did right away. He didn't mention anything though about a senior discount or any discount which would have been nice since I see he does offer one. Maybe he was afraid he would insult me if I weren't over 65 (I'm 66 and should know by now to automatically ask). I definitely will call him again if I need computer assistance.

I called Mark telling him I couldn't get my e-mail with the used laptop I had bought and had installed myself. He tried helping me over the phone for about 20 minutes. I am not technically savvy, so I dropped it off at his home on Monday. He had it done for me to pick up on Tuesday, just in time for my road trip when I needed it.

No problems on our end; several on his. The PC has returned to its mild-mannered self. He's a kind man who cares about the quality of his work and satisfaction of his clients. Never mind two of his family dogs that don't know how to bark in their inside voice. I also failed to mention the senior discount. My fault.

Mark arrived right on time, worked efficiently and kept me informed on his progress. He ran into several snags, but was committed to staying until everything was properly fixed. He has also been very responsive to questions that I sent him through email several days after services were performed.

Mark was very professional and it is very evident to me that he really understands computers.He also listens to what you want and need. My set-up is fairly complicated and the mess he was handed was pretty bad. My computer now runs perfectly, all my files were recovered and put in the proper place, and I have 2 bigger harddrives and windows 7. Both great up-grades. He even put in a personal touch of putting my company logo on the start-up menu button. I have been to several computer "experts" and Mark is head and shoulders above all the rest. I highly recommend him, he will not disappoint.

I arrived at his office, which is in his home. He introduced me to his dog and his lovely daughter. We sat at his dining room table and he worked on my computer, cleaning out temporary files and unneeded programs. As he worked, he gave me advice on short-cuts and how to make my computer work more efficiently. His conversation and advice were user-friendly and helpful. He finished the work in a little over over one hour. When I left, the computer was responsive and back to its original speed. He offered to be available by phone if any further issues showed up. None have. It's working fine and I am fully satisfied with his work.

Often will solve problems over the phone without charge. I called Mark and took my computer in. It was done on time and Mark was extremely good about answering my questions.
