replacement windows
+ -1 moreThey are terrible; they took the money and I never got any windows. They are dishonest. They were doing a job for the people across the street from me which is how I found out about them. The people across the street had a bad experience and so did we so I think they are just not reputable. I will not use them again in the future.
Description of Work: Payan Construction was supposed to replace windows in the ground floor of my house.
