The work was started and completed on time. Pasterkamp were very responsive to questions and price adders in the bid stage. Of the four bids I got (two for Lennox and one each for Carrier and Trane) Pasterkamp was the most competitive. The only added cost was for one item that was changed after the original contract was signed. We were very detailed in exactly what work and items were to be supplied even giving brand and models details to the bidders. Some bidders did not provide bids with separate prices for all items requested so we could select what we wanted based on the added cost. We had used Pasterkamp 16 years earlier to add air conditioning. They removed all of the old items and cleaned up when the work was finished. We were satisfied with Pasterkamp's overall performance and would recommend them and use them again.

The electrical sub called to reschedule to earlier than anticipated. He brought his son to help, which to me, is a comforting factor when I let an unknown man into my house. His work was completed in a few hours, several days prior to the A/C installation. The A/C tech showed up exactly as scheduled, and though the job was a long one, I didn't see much of him. He did all outside work in the morning, and in the afternoon completed the coil replacement and drilling through the foundation for the coolant connections. He asked whether I wanted to keep the old coil, due to its value for certain metals. He gave me a thorough explanation of how everything worked and we tested it. Pasterkamp includes a first-year checkup in the price. I contacted the initial sales rep several times as I compared their offer to 2 other A/C contractors. Everyone involved was professional and competent. I am very pleased with the work and the Lennox A/C unit we purchased.

They are very prompt. They have a really good warranty on their work. We've used them for other things before. The guy that usually comes out is very thorough and knowledgeable.

Punctional. Was able to come a week earlier due to cancelled appointment.

I really did not have a pleasant experience with them at all. We had difficulty in communicating with them. While they were doing the work they damaged some of my flooring. After they left we had to clean up a lot of their mess.

EXCELLENT, HARD WORKING CREW. WE HAD ONLY ONE MINOR PROBLEM AND THEY WERE OUT WITHIN HOURS OF MY CALLING TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND NOT CHARGE TO US. GREAT COMPANY.
