We are a local business with the intent to provide customers with a simple and stress free experience while having their home transformed. Our painters have worked together as a team for the last 15 years and have established themselves as masters in the painting community.
The Panda Painters just finished a job on our one story home; approximately 1600 square ft, four colors. Spencer came out, and provided an estimate and stated that the job would take four days. The quote included the ceilings, the trim, doors, and our walls. However, Spencer never relayed this to his crew. So his crew painted our bedroom walls on the first day, realized that they had to do the ceilings too, called someone who came and sprayed the ceilings, which means that they had to repaint the walls on the second day. The crew from what I could tell did not prep each area properly. Typically when painting you use tape, and place drop clothes on the floors. His crews did not do this, which resulted in uneven lines and paint in our carpet and on our hardwood floors. We also saw just one picture with our furniture covered. This doesn?t make sense, as a crew will typically (if smart) will cover the furniture and leave it for the duration of the job. We also ended up with paint dust all over everything. Once they finished five days into the job, we realized that the work was not up to par for professional painters. We called Spencer and asked him to come out to see the work that was done. He refused, and sent one painter out for touch up work. She touched a couple of things up, and did not complete other tasks that were asked of her. We called Spencer again, and asked him to come out. He refused, and now we?re fixing Panda?s sloppy work. TL;DR: Panda painters left my house with, uneven paint lines, patches of wall that need another coat of paint (you can still see the old color underneath), did not touch up dings (as I specifically asked of them multiple times), let paint drip down more than two of my doors (which results in an uneven surface). I would not recommend this company to anyone.
