Finding an IT person who you can trust to give your computer to repair with all your data on there is not easy. Finding one that has affordable rates is even harder. I don't leave reviews much, but I feel like helping out the company and the guy that came over to diagnose the failing hard drive. He was able to repair the computer in a day after getting the part, and it ended up being that the hard drive was old and changing it out for a new solid drive was going to make the computer faster, so paying to fix the computer also gave me a bonus speed upgrade. He was right! The computer is much faster now. Not only that, but I was really surprised with the attention to detail. The computer technician that brought over the fixed computer noticed that I didn't have all the same programs installed that I had prior to installation. He sat with me for a while making sure we get everything installed the way it was before Google chrome to pdf program to an antivirus. He was very patient and charged me very little for getting that done. This kind of customer service is what I want to see out of other businesses, to be frank. I am very thankful for them getting this done during these crazy coronavirus times.

Outreach PC Tech fixed my business outlook connections. I got a new computer and had another tech transfer the data, but several programs no longer functioned properly! A friend referred me to this company and a tech came out to diagnose the problem. It ended up being a slightly complicated problem, so the tech had to restore my logins and subscriptions for the office from Microsoft and reinstall the software all together. He also noticed that because of the previous data transfer, Microsoft was going to charge me double for 2 devices registered because they still counted the old non-working computer, ended up saving me almost $100 bucks per year! All works great now. Affordable rates. Thumbs up.

I want to thank Art from Outreach PC Tech for helping me with my IT issues. During this coronavirus pandemic, every dollar has to be spent very carefully. Thankfully, this company was a referral from a good friend and I was told that the prices are not only reasonably, but downright cheap for the quality of service. I had contacted the company several times regarding several issues over the past week. One was for one computer not being able to run a an Autodesk program for work. Another was for a fleet of computers that were needed to be bought for a work project. Art was the technician helping me remotely. He was very communicative, understanding and pleasant to talk to over the phone. He walked me through the process of installing a remote viewing software, and checked the system parameters without having to be present at my house over the quarantine. I already had a hunch that it was the video card that was causing the issues, but I am very glad that I had called a professional because Art found that most modern video cards would not be supported on this older computer. To make matters worse, the program that would not run required a newer "GL" version so most older video cards would not be supported either. Adding an extra problem was the fact that since this was done remotely, it was not difficult to physically inspect the computer to be sure if a newer card would be compatible with the computer! It turns out this ended up being important and Art was able to do a video chat with me on WhatsApp to guide me on taking the computer cover off and taking pictures of a few parts to send to him. The pictures showed that although space was not a problem, there was not enough power connectors from the power supply to get a potentially fitting video card in. Art said he would call me back when he finds a fitting alternative, and I was skeptical already as to whether he will be able to find the part because everyone else told me that I should just buy a new computer. I got sent a link in a few hours for a video card that was from a good brand, at a good price, did not need the extra power connectors, and most importantly met the minimum requirements for my Autodesk program. After ordering it took a few days to get shipped and another technician was promptly scheduled by Art to come over the next day. He switched the cards, installed the proper drivers, and voilah! everything works. A few days later at my work, we were planning on buying upgraded computers and monitors as well, and I had Art do a recommendation for an entire fleet of work computers to be put into the office. He went above and beyond in comparing the best prices from different websites, and had exact recommendations based of asking quite a number of questions regarding how and what we use on them. I feel that calling him and paying him for this alone saved us more money than if we were to do this ourselves. Art had mentioned that his company was only starting to get more calls from Google based on all the reviews, so I am posting this on several review sites to get them more business and to let other people know that they can advantage of computer services from this company while their prices are still low.

Very good experience with Outreach PC Tech. They fixed my HP laptop screen and sped up two computers. At first the technician came out and diagnosed the problem, and confirmed that the computer is repairable. We ordered the part online, and he quoted me $80 for the labor. He brought the computer back with a working screen a few days later. The technician noticed that my laptops are getting older and are somewhat sluggish, and offered to speed them up at a discounted rate. It wasn't expensive and he did it right at home so I went for it, and I feel like that made them quite a bit faster, Chrome no longer crashes like it did before. Unfortunately, a week later the monitor started going dim. Art, the technician came out shortly after, and at no charge fixed a loose cable in the computer. He also helped me with a few office program questions I had, and now my spreadsheets are printing correctly. Overall, I was really happy with how everything was quoted before hand and the total was fair and exactly as expected. Art was very patient with me and helped me with several computer questions, so I am writing this review to hopefully help him get more business. Good prices, and very good work, highly recommended.
