The movers showed up on time and went straight to work. The actual cost came in lower than the maximum estimate. They ALL seemed more keen on thinking of money-saving solutions for me than I even was. They were also very careful, not a thing damaged. They had a very positive energy throughout the entire move.

I would definitely use Orange Square Movers again and have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Moving home was made much easier than I have ever experienced before and it was thanks to Orange Square Movers At the price I was quoted I expected a very basic service but I was wrong. ontime polite professional eager careful helpful and fast. This was the worst move I have ever experienced. Precious, irreplaceable antiques were destroyed, they left my property a mess, and it took three weeks to get my items. They are untruthful and do not care about you or your belongings. A salesman is a slick person making all sorts of promises, none of which were true. The owner and his wife dodge and avoid. The owner was at my home the day of the move and spent it mostly sleeping in the truck. They took items on the truck I asked them not to and left five cartons of books in my office. They said they would carefully wrap my antiques; almost all the coverings were ripped, and the legs of my antique desk were not wrapped at all. Many dishes were destroyed, furniture chipped, broken, and cracked. I cannot replace the dishes. They were my great-grandmother. It will cost me a fortune to get the furniture repaired, and some of it is beyond repair. Those delivering refused to wear masks or stay two meters away or clean up their trash. I do not care what their reviews say. I would advise you in the strongest terms not to use this company. Disgusting.

Move went well, guys showed up on time and let me know when they were close. Got everything done in a timely manner. Handled everything with care and helped me get situated in my new home. Overall a good experience. Would use again.

You always have thoughts about missing items, broken and scratches when you ask companies to move your furniture. And Orange Square Movers took care of this stuff, making it too easy for me to move around without damaging my items. Give them call for quality service.

He and his team did an amazing job moving us out of our third floor apartment to a storage unit. We were so impressed with their professionalism that we will be requesting the same moving company to move us into our new house. The entire move was so easy and hassle free.

In an emergency, I wanted a moving company. Four skilled movers were sent rapidly and on schedule by Orange Square Movers. The prompt response when I first telephoned, I was also very impressed. It was so helpful to have four professionals working for us in such a stressful situation. A three-bedroom apartment and a big piano were moved by them. This business would be strongly recommended and I believe it will be used in future again.

They need to do better with their time estimates and communicate delays.

This company hands down is the best in the business. They were so helpful on the phone and the men that moved us were very kind and gentle with our belongings. The three men who moved us were absolutely wonderful and were very efficient and seem to know what they are doing. They were fast and friendly. They moved us from a third floor apartment to a fifth floor apartment in about three hours. Nothing was damaged, nothing was lost. Our queen sized bed frame was disassembled and reassembled with ease, and they were just really nice guys.

The movers called an hour in advance to share what time they'd be there. They got started straight away, were very careful with our belongings. They were efficient and super friendly. It really was a pleasure to deal with them on what is normally a very stressful day. Definitely go with them for your next move!

I am very annoyed with Orange Square. They broke at least 12 items during my move. Insurance consists of a remote web address. I would never recommend these and I am considering suing this company for not telling me that they are inadequately insured.

Best moving experience so far! The movers were on time, polite and professional. Aside from the usual scratches here and there, everything went well. They worked super hard to get it done as fast as they could. We purchase their package option. Some of the boxes organization and labeling were a bit out there but everything was well wrapped and packaged. I would use their services again.

Orange Square Movers packed my customer up one day and moved them down to hanging art the next day! They were very organized in moving planning packing and unpacking: setting up the kitchen and wardrobes, arranging decoration, clearing the packing materials, and even delivering donations and consignments. What a great and professional team to work with!

The movers arrived in an Enterprise truck, the person working the hand-truck kept dropping my boxes. I paid extra to have the movers pack my breakables My TV my paintings, no bubble wrap was used. When the items finally arrived, they refused to let me inspect anything until I paid them an additional 800.00. My Virgin Mary statue, which is about 2 feet tall is chipped up. There is much more, but I just get more and more disgusted when I go to unpack. EVERYTHING has to be replaced. I tried to fill out the complaint form, however, they pay 60 cents per pound if it is approved, and I must have receipts to prove that anything was owned by me. This is a bad company. I was told my Orange Square it would take 4 days to go from Denver to Phoenix. The movers said 21 days. My breakables that were supposed to be packed by the movers, which I paid extra for, were broken. I did not get a copy of the contract, the mover said it would be emailed to me in a few days. I never received it until I received my items. The legs on my desk, the screws were stripped, something white is smeared on the desk in places, my corner TV unit had its leg busted off, cannot be repaired. My walker has glue on the seat, wheels are missing on items, Tupperware contains, the tops are busted, corners have burst open as if heavy items were placed on top. All the movers kept talking about was more money, more money. I gave away so much stuff because I was afraid of the more money issue. I am a Senior, limited income and I feel that I was taken advantage of. I believed in these people and I got screwed big time. Now, I must begin with trying to replace the broken items and things that I had to give away. Never again will I use this company and I would never recommend them.

This was my third long-distance move and I'm happy to say that it went very smoothly. I'm very happy and satisfied with the service I received from everyone. I'll definitely use their services again the next time I need to move my entire household.

And when I called to ask about the details, they were so nice and made sure to answer all the questions I had! The movers were also extremely polite and careful with my things. This move was really fun. I had a blast dealing with the entire sales team that helped out and they were so knowledgeable and professional. Then the movers seemed like they had done this for years and years. They were so great at their jobs. I have no complaints and I was to give them more then 5 stars.
