From setting up the terms and contract with Ron to moving from Colorado to Florida everyone was professional, courteous, efficient, and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The price was fair, and the service excellent. The care the moving crew took with my breakable items was exemplary. I would give them 5 stars but this survey only let my do 4.5!

They over-promise and under-deliver in every way. They use 3rd party movers/packers resulting in varying degrees of service. We happened to be on the receiving end of some really bad service. I also found out after the case that the ?5 star reviews? they have on their website (and others) are paid for and/or fake. Beware of this company.

Hired these guys to help my mom move and they did a great job. They arrived on time and my mom said they were kind and professional. Price cant be beat. I was able to make arrangements via text which I appreciated. Will definitely use again.

I was not sure if I wanted to use a moving company due to my bad experiences in the past, but I decided to use this company since my sales rep was very professional and helpful. I am glad I made a great choice. As soon as they arrived they were ready to start working, in about 3 hours my whole house was wrapped, packed and loaded into the truck. Everything went perfectly and the price was exceptional. This is the best mover I have ever hired.

I filled out an earlier review. Since then they sent out 4 guys to try and fix some of the problems. They helped a little.

The overall moving experience was very easy. The rep was informative, friendly and professional. When the workers showed up, they were efficient and fast wrapped all my furniture and loaded their truck quickly. They made everything easy, they constantly checked in on me and made sure I was well informed. They took great care and paid consummate attention to details throughout.

Everyone that I encountered from the people on the phone, my customer service person, 1 and the guys who loaded and unloaded, all awesome! They answered questions late at night, sent me updates and had great communication, and just went above and beyond. They were kind and understanding, careful and thorough, and made a very stressful time for me much smoother! I couldn't have asked for a better move and better service.

I used Orange Square Movers last month and I have to say It turned out great. To start this was a last minute request like 3 days before the day I needed to move and they were able to accommodate my move. Not only were they there early they finished the move in less than the estimated time. They were a pleasure to work with and most importantly had great attitudes.

I am extremely pleased with the service I was provided. The movers were quick and nothing at all was broken. The even helped take apart our sectional and then put it together again upon arrival. Moving us such a long distance was not an easy job but they handled it with such kindness. The movers themselves were very friendly as well. I consider this money very well spent and I highly recommend them.

We moved last month and was very happy by the efficiency and professionalism of the movers. Orange Square Movers made moving really easy . My team called me early on moving day to confirm and were on time to my appointment. They packed-up everything and were able to finish in about 2 hrs. I appreciated their speed and care for preventing damage to my belongings, and would recommend these guys to anyone looking to move.

The three men who moved us were absolutely wonderful and were very efficient and seem to know what they are doing. They were fast and friendly. They moved us from a third floor apartment to a fifth floor apartment in about three hours. Nothing was damaged, nothing was lost. Our queen sized bed frame was disassembled and reassembled with ease, and they were just really nice guys.

They were totally professional and courteous. I would use them again if I ever have to move. Nothing broken or out of place, they placed my things exactly where I wanted them and took all the stress and work out of unpacking for me.

I moved with a stop to pick up more furniture in between. My timeline was quite uncertain until the week of my move and Orange Square Movers did everything in their power to accommodate. I don't recall the specific names of my movers, but they were quite kind and jolly while also paying attention to any detailed request. Overall, the move was excellent.

The coordinator was very nice and gave me all the information I needed. And then the guys that came were very great, personable, took care of my stuff, made sure that everything was protected, and I appreciated that. They were actually right on time if not a little early and got everything done in just a few hours.

We had Orange Square Movers for our movers today. They were efficient and very careful with our belongings. We had a bit of a difficult move considering our sofa had to go up 4 flights of stairs. They got it up and in our new apartment without complaint. I would definitely recommend doing business with this company and we will use them in any future move as well.

We had a great experience with Orange Square Movers. We had them do both the packing and the moving and they were fantastic. Packed everything in our kitchen a hundred times better than we ever would have, and took care of everything else, we were impressed how quickly they were able to get everything packed up in boxes for us. We are very happy with this company and will continue to use them in the future.
