Description of Work: Onsite had been at my house months ago to set up a remote wi-fi base station and an extender. They did this with my old equipment in an hour after I had struggled for weeks with no success. Recently we inadvertently undid what they had set up: removing cables and changing settings. They were able to diagnose and repair it all remotely for a 15 minute charge.
